Great location, close to the forest, with a lot of walking paths nearby. Wellness was good and free from 10.00 to 15.00, and beside that the hotel offered many different activities, such as ping-pong and tennis. Staff was kind and supportive.

Beautiful place. Very clean. In summer would be perfect with swimming pool tennis and these deers around. There is also smal lack. The breakfast was good and the bread was fresh. I wish I had more time to try sauna and whole spa area.

They could have been more helpful. If you obviously have nothing to do at a reception and your guests are struggeling to orientate themselfs in the surroundings, it would not be too much to ask to offer to make some calls for them.

The staff was very kind, even if a bit clueless sometimes. The place is beautiful and soothing, the facilities are well maintained. Food options may be a bit small in variety but everything we ate was prepared excellently.

Probably the only thing is the wi-fi in the room (ours was room 46). It was very-very slow and unstable.

Hotel was very nice! It’s 30 minutes away from the festival Rock for people! It’s possible to get a taxi from the hotel to the festival! Friendly stuff! :)

The regular price of approx. 500€ for 5 nights was increased to over 1400€ due to the Brutal Assault Festival taking place at the time. Many guests, including us, were only there because of this. This price is exorbitant, especially because we were only there to sleep and have breakfast, which also leaves a lot to be desired.

It was strange that when they wanted dinner in the restaurant, they asked to sit in the part of the restaurant where the big doors were wide open and the outside temperature was +5 degrees at the same time. For some reason, the waiters forgot what food we ordered within 1 minute. We were the only customers in the restaurant. We had a confusion with the rooms, the information about the rooms on booking.com was different from what was given in reality. Everything could be solved, but for some reason they themselves don't know what kind of room information they have on booking.com. And if there is a contradiction, they claim that it is a translation problem. What about the fact that we used English booking... When we booked a room, we asked for a twin bed with the message twin or double bed. In response, we got a long and incomprehensible speech in Czech, and to our surprise, we still had a double bed on the spot.

There was nothing awful, it's just that it was overpriced. Definitely not worth 217 EUR per night.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the check-in experience was great, food quality was great, and all that.
