The bed was too soft for me and thus sleeping was not the most convenient. But I find it in many hotels that beds tend to be extremely soft. :)

Excellent location, easy access, friendly and professional staff, good selection of food for breakfast, quiet room, silent courtyard. I must personally praise Ms. Erika who was very nice, professional and very helpful. Really excellent human approach and willingness to help. Thumbs up for her!

The only issue with the room it was the pressure of the water .

The room was comfortable and really quiet. The housekeeping was daily, so the room was always clean . The location was perfect and close to the tram station, so it was really convenient. The breakfast was simple and good.

1) Hotel not suitable for strollers, elevator goes from half floor to another half floor where there are no rooms, to get to the floor where the rooms are you must continue going up by stairs. Also you must go down the stairs from the street to hotel reception, and then inside up the stairs from reception to the elevator or to your room. The elevator goes straight from floor 0.5 to 2.5 and above but skipping one floor but they gave me a room on the first floor so I couldn't use the elevator at all only stairs, which is ironic since the only reason I came to this hotel was because I read it had an elevator. 2) The reception charges Euros and I paid in cash Czech crowns, but according to the hotel's invented exchange rate, not according to reality. I paid an extra 50 crowns for no reason despite my Booking confirmation telling me how much it is in Czech crowns and despite since reservation the Euro dropped drastically in comparison to the Czech Koruna on that week. 3) Finally, I also had to pay a €2 tourist tax per night for my baby, which was another oddity. All in all, since I knew I'm only staying one night, I let things slide, but Booking is constantly messaging me to write a review, so here it is.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating; they even provided a kettle upon request. The breakfast was delightful, and I enjoyed a restful night's sleep. Overall, a great experience!

Very close to tram/metro stations. You can also walk to the city centre. There are some shops and pubs nearby and a parking spot a few hundred metres away (10 EUR/night). I t was very quiet in the room.

I was really happy with my requested early check in at 12.00 (coming straight from the night train). The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean. Good breakfast with a decent choice. Good price/quality rating in general. It's situated in a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend it.

Quaint older style hotel with everything we needed, but no frills. Good breakfast. About 10 minutes walk to the square with cafes and tram stops. Walk to city centre in 25 minutes.

There was a lot of construction around the hotel, but still it was not too bad.

Bit far away from the City center . There are no lights when you walk in the staircase which is very weird , especially when it is night time .I had to turn on my mobile torch to walk through . Try to keep a fridge if possible as it helps during summer time to store your drinks

The main road next to the hotel is under construction, which made the walk to the parking lot and to the nearby restaurants very uncomfortable.

The hotel parking is good but not allways available, this can be confusing because there is not much public parking space arround.

The lights in the corridor had a timer and we sometimes ended up in dark. Apart from that, I loved staying in the hotel 🏨 and will be definitely staying again in the future.

The hotel 🏨 is easy to find and close to the metro. There are a local pubs, coffee shops and many other shops around. The hotel 🏨 itself is nice and the price is a good value for money 💰 the bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Breakfast - a good selection of food to choose from. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
