Just a small complain. From the photos of the room I thought that I booked a room with view in the main street not in the back.

The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok and the staff was very Kind and helpful. Location was great as it was in the historical town. Parking 1 was not far away. Don't forget to buy a discount card (half the price of the parking cost) of the info center in the main square.

Absolutely nothing

We stayed in the apartment which was spacious, well designed, and super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

There are stairs at the door and a couple flights of stairs up to the rooms. We expected this, just a warning to anyone for whom that might not work.

What a find! The rooms are spacious and beautifully updated, and well stocked - they even set up a crib for our little one. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was extensive with lots of options and fresh baked goodies, and the location right in old town can’t really be beat! We had an excellent stay!!

Near to P1 parking location... (get a ticket for some days at the information center, if needed). Breakfast was good, enough and service was nice and helpful. The room was clean, everything ok.

as another reviewer mentioned we had to go next door to ask to use the Wi-Fi to call the number to get someone to come over and check is in. the gentleman came and was pleasant explaining that they are running two properties. however if the neighboring hotel didn’t allow us to use their Wi-Fi we would have had no way of calling as we don’t have a European SIM card.

clean new feel with creative architecture and design bringing in modern feel while preserving the era. our room was very small but we liked it for a place to lay our head. shower and bath were built out with unique woods and nearly opaque dusted glass. the windows opened overlooking the street in the heart of town. the breakfast was fantastic and both staff we interacted with were helpful and offered service with a smile.

The reception closes at 6pm, after that you have to pick up your keys at the other hotel next door, this seems lazy. Also during the day often there isnt anybody at the reception. A bit pricey for what it is.

Nice rooms, great location, comfortable beds, work desk, view of the street, two double windows so get plenty of light and fresh air, decent breakfast.

This experience was above and way beyond my expectations. Each and everything is given utmost attention and very well taken care of. We regretted just to stay here for one night but hope to be back for a week instead. The rooms are super spacious, very well decorated and fine aesthetics. To have a such a warm and cozy place yet so modern as well, we loved each and everything. The provision in the apartment room had everything to be able to independent as well. But the cherry on the cake was the breakfast service. To have such a good and big variety in Europe and everything home baked with provision of best coffee and smile, I couldn’t stop myself from leaving a comment whereas I have stayed in the best of the hotels around the world and never really felt like leaving a comment. Just thank you for the beautiful service and truly a hidden and underrated gem. Just book this place without even a single thought.

The only drawback to the personnel-less lockbox entry, is that one has nowhere to leave your luggage if you arrive in town early, which I did since the train from Prague arrived some two hours earlier. Now, I suppose I could have phoned the proprietors and asked for a suggestion -- which they may have offered! -- but I did not, so I ended up strolling through town with my backpack on my back for several hours. Not a great hardship, though, considering how photogenic this town is, but still something worth considering in the planning phase.

An example of the new breed of establishment where the check-in is done remotely, meaning the key is in a lockbox on the front door and at precisely 2:00 p.m. one is allowed to let yourself in. It's a charming building with strange little architectural eccentricities, which makes one's stay in Cesky Krumlov so much more interesting. The only interaction I had with the staff was the next morning at breakfast, when I found them friendly and helpful, and the breakfast superb. The room itself had an immense amount of character, with lots of exposed woodwork, and a bright, modern bathroom. Highly recommended!

A lot of noise during the night and in early morning. We could not sleep. Also there is no aircondition. Breakfast: no gluten free option for breakfast

The fact that the "parking that is available" is extremely expensive . . . I put on the filter of "free parking" so I blame Booking.com for this one. I could have gotten a better place with better view for the same amount of money we ended up spending due to the amount we had to pay for parking in that area.

Terrible check in customer service. Dirty room. Bad linen and towels and did not offer luggage storage, we had to move our luggage to a paid storage six blocks away of cobblestone streets for only 2 hours until we had our transportation.

After we had check-in and went inside the room, the boss named Adan said that air-condition is broken. We book all rooms only which must has air-condition during our journey. We were very disappointed at such situation. We spent a hot & uncomfortable night. Although the boss didn't receive the city tax which is only 4 eur, and put a cooling fan in the room, he didn't show sincerely sorry about this and didn't mention compensation at all. The effectiveness of cooling fan is much poor than air- condition. They can't be compared. We found that there was no controller of air-condition in the room. We suspect if the air-condition was really broken. It seems a cheat behavior.
