Perfectly situated just at the corner of a real good ice cream shop "la crème de la crème". Quiet, free coffee and tea given. I highly recommend this place.

Choosing this place for my stay during my trip to Prague was truly the right decision. Marianka is genuinely kind, polite, and helpful, and the location of the house is amazing. The house is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. During my stay, I was able to store my food in the fridge, sleep warmly in my room despite the -8°C weather, and enjoy tea or coffee whenever I felt cold. On top of all that, the price is very reasonable. A huge thank you to Ms. Helena, Mr. Manuel, and Ms. Marianka for their kindness and support. This will definitely be my choice for my next trip, and I will be recommending you to my friends. Stay well and take care!

The location was perfect—central, in the old part of the city, within a few minutes' walking distance to the main sightseeing, and with lots of public transport around if you wish to explore further. The flat is on the second or third floor, reachable by steps without a lift, but even with a bad knee, which I had, it was manageable—good security and quiet. The size of the room and all the facilities were excellent. Check-in and check-out were super easy and stress-free. Although it was a room only with shared facilities, a bathroom/toilet, and a kitchen, it felt like you were at home. I would definitely recommend it for any length of stay, short or long.

Just very minor points. More pillows would be good. I made a note in my phone of the 4 keys and which one to use for which door but it can get confusing and a colour code system would be so helpful.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my little girl. It is a wonderful central location and everything worked brilliantly. Having a bath tub was good for us and there is also a washing machine which might be handy. Helena herself was visiting and was super helpful with everything. There is a fantastic cafe called the Bond Cafe right outside where we went almost every day for breakfast.

The pillows in my bed could be bigger and tighter. They care about security which is fine, but you need four different keys and you can easily mix them up

The stairs. It's a long way up. So if you are carrying a heavy luggage, it can be pretty much challenging.

Location was great. It's walkable to most tourist landmarks. Maria was very helpful and accommodating. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The place is well maingained and clean.

many doors with locks before getting into the room. a bunch of keys that are almost identical. it would be nice to mark them in different colors, or sign them 😁

The beddings. Pillows and blanket is too old so the cotton are all bumpy and out of place plus the smell is not so good, perhaps the way the laundries were dried is not so good(?). The cafe below can be heard from the room. It would be much appreciated to keep a reminders for the guests to close the doors gently.

It's 2nd floor by stairs, but it was ok.

Located in the city center but not noisy. Beds were comfortable and the host very kind. The place was clean, nice kitchen with all accessories need to cook.

The only issue was the amount of keys needed to get into the building which is not much of a complaint as we felt safe. Maybe if the keys and doors were labelled it would make this easier.

Location was excellent, 2 mins walk to the square in the old town. The room was spacious and eventhough the kitchen and bathroom were shared it was big enough and good sound proof that it was not an issue. Plus toilet and shower were separate rooms. Really good coffee and tea supplied. We used this space mainly for sleeping as there was so much to see and do during the day.

In the historical center of the city, but not on a noisy street, I liked it. Everywhere is clean, linen is fresh, the kitchen has everything except a microwave. I will stay at Mrs. Helena's place and recommend it to my friends!

I visited prague during particularly hot days (30 degrees) and there wasn’t any fan or AC. Had to open the windows and because of the central location there was a lot of noise during the night. It’s not the host’s fault at all, just a consequence of the location!

This is more related to Prague Oldtown, not just Helana's place, but I'd advise to bring earplugs. Some nights - not every night - obnoxious tourists seem to forget they are in a residential area and show no respect to the local people late into the night. This certainly is not Helana's fault, but it can happen.

The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect for visiting all local attractions and even the walk from the bus/trains station is a very enjoyable scenic route. The apartment itself is impeccably clean, fresh and modern while offering a calm and peaceful ambience throughout. The bedrooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi was stable and fast. There was a fully equipped kitchen with an easy to use washing machine. All rooms were fully lockable when I was there, so security wasn't an issue. The bathroom is shared, but it doesn't feel like that as it is all very discreet and every necessary toiletry is available while you'll also enjoy a warm and powerful shower. Finally, Helana was always friendly, helpful and accommodating. I stayed four nights and I loved every moment of it. This really is a refuge for any traveller. I can recommend it 100%.

The host is very friendly and open-minded. You quickly feel at ease and there's a friendly atmosphere. Everything is very clean and the accommodation smells nice (incense). The room is spacious and very comfortable. The accommodation is extremely well located in the centre (e.g., in the historic centre, close to a supermarket, etc.).

My partner and I LOVED our stay here. Helena was so helpful and kind (even whilst she was dealing with some very difficult personal matters). Helena cleaned the bathrooms multiple times during are just 4 nights stay - they were constantly spotless. The kitchen was always tidy and clean and we loved cooking our breakfast each morning. Amazing location with walking distance to all the major sights. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! The location was great since it was near the Charles Bridge and the shopping area. Walking distance to every tourist destination. The host and staff were both friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and so was the bathroom.
