Good location, centre of the town. The rooms were booked for the collaborators. They liked breakfast services and the comfort of the bathroom. Good internet connection. It was quiet regardless the location of the hotel. Electrical kettle was an advantage as well.

The restroom did not have a blow dryer which should be basic equipment nowadays. The bar did not have 2 simple non alcoholic drinks in stock while hotel was fairly packed. Speaks to poor organization. The cleaning staff changed all the towels while not neccessary nor wanted. They dont seem to be advised when to properly do so.

Clean, very central located hotel with mostly very nice helpful staff. Room simple but fine for the price. A lot of sitting space near reservation, even with a gaming room nearby.

Not enough light in the room- it was dark during the night, difficult to read something. Breakfast not recommended- small variety of food with poor quality of products.

Beds not good and squeeking. If we booked for 2 adults and one kid, then why you do not give us towells for everyone? Kids are not washing themsleves?! Very weird dinner offer without warning us that spagheti are extremely extremely spicy, personnel (reception) knowing that we have a small kid even the waiter serving it in front of the 2 years old kida nd of course he started eating and sure hungry and hurting mouth of a kid is not someone would like to see! Even i could not finish it! Really you did not take care of guests that moment. Because we came by car, of course we had to park at the hotel which costs some fee a day - not expensive. But our car got broken down somewhere at a far parking and like loosers we were paying in advance the hotel parking. At our question if this costs can be returned because our car broke down, the lady told us she cannot cancel and return. Really?! It's a matter of principle here not money because we had much much bigger costs than your parking fee, having the car broken and had to use car moving service to our home in a far city.

Breakfast was really good, the best I have seen so far in czech hotels. Not communistic style of foods. Thank you for that! Rooms are ok, clean.

💔Walls were not sound proof, we could hear to basically everything that was happening at the neighbors room, and even with the windows closed, we could hear the noise from the outside. 💔 Mattress and pillows were too soft (but then, it’s a personal preference). 💔 Breakfast was ok. I feel like a lot of the food was reheated and not fresh.

❤️Amazing location, very close to the beautiful Town Hall. ❤️ Exceptionally clean room and bathroom. ❤️ Friendly staff and helpful staff. ❤️ WiFi had a decent speed of 20Mbps and it worked well. ❤️ Great money value.

Curb appeal is zero but don't be put off. Inside...completely exceeded expectations...Industrial chic reception, fab room, very comfortable bed, lots of space, fridge and work desk with USB sockets. Breakfast was great - lots of choice, hot and cold and great coffee!! Decor, furniture and fittings very good quality Location is perfect....minutes from the town square, shopping and restaurants. Plus parking on site

The hotel location is very central in Liberec. The hotel overall was a pleasant surprise, the room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony where I could sit out. The breakfast buffet offered both hot and cold choices and was very ample. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

A small improvement: for the parking lot, there should be a better signalization. Fortnately the staff is already used to help the customers to find the park.

For me, everything was fine. The room was large enough, comfortable and easy access to the city centre.
