All was marvelous

Welcoming staff, well located I would say unbeatable location, I'm working remotely as a digital nomad, and the internet worked smoothly, the facilities are great, fully equipped kitchen and rooms. It feels more like a hotel in terms of cleanliness spaces and atmosphere. If I come back to Prague one day won't hesitate in stay at Luma Terra. Loved Prague and my stay there. Thanks so much Antonia for being talkative and attentive for solo travelers like me that's really nice of the staff. I highly recommend this place to spend a great time in Prague.

The entire building and our room were very clean and warm. We stayed in November (2 Persons). Bed was very comfy and the view from our room (5th floor) was very nice. It even snowed, so the view from our window was magical. Personal was very friendly :)

There’s nothing you wouldn’t like about this amazing place :)

Everything. The best hostel you could ever stay at! From the moment you walk in, everything smells like vanilla. Spacy, super clean, the most comfortable beds with curtains, nice pillows and sheets, the bathroom is something I want to highlight because it was huge, SUPER clean, with lots of showers and toilets. The kitchen is super well-equiped and even has microwave. If you need to work, there are comfortable spaces which are open 24/7 and are very quiet so that you can peacefully work from your computer, I really appreciated that! Also, staff is super nice and helpful. Location is great as well, all the main touristic points are at a walkable distance (20-30min). Could keep on talking about the amazing stay I had forever! Would definitely recommend this to anyone and stay here again without hesitating. Thanks Luma Terra!

Shoutout to the receptionist girl with short blonde hair who checked me in around midnight on 21 Nov 2023! Since I realized that I had stupidly booked a dorm bed on a work trip, I asked her if I could upgrade to a double room. She told me that the price was double what I had paid. Since I would be leaving in 8 hours anyway, I told her that I would just stay at the dorm. She went the extra mile to find me another bed in a smaller dorm (3 beds instead of 8) that was empty, so I could get some good sleep without such a steep price difference. Thank you very much! I ended up staying in a 3-bed dorm. It was very comfortable and well thought out. There is a tiny shelf with sockets and two different light switches to adjust the intensity of light. The curtain by the bed was really nice since it blocked the light from outside well. The room was really warm on a winter night, and the sound insulation was quite great. The bathroom and toilet are modern and very nice. There is an elevator just in case you bring a lot of luggage. I was very happy and would definitely come back!

There was a bad smell in the bedrooms.

It was quiet. Beds are comfy and big enough. The toilets were clean. Employees are very helpful. The location is amazing.
