Two nights, one more night of sleep, I'm going to the hospital for an examination; it's like sleeping on the side of the road, the big trucks are deafening at night, I would rather go to the bathroom twice more to be quieter. At first glance, it is spacious and clean, but upon closer inspection, it is really not cleaned enough, only the surface is clean;

The bunk beds are not designed very well to create a quiet environment -- beds make loud noises and shake around when people turn over. The street by the hostel is very noisy as it's a main street. Bed curtains are noisy too. The top beds are not completely private -- the neighbors can see each other standing up.

Bathrooms are very clean! People are quiet in general. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is great with lots of facilities to enable one to cook oneself.

Need to close the door by banging it so that it close properly. This is disturbing to others. The room is too hot so we have to open the windows. Water overflow in the shower rooms because it only has curtains.

Location is ok but really not close to the central station. However accessible by public transport as the train tram stations are close.

The place advertised that it had A/C in my room. That was a blatant lie. If you have a tough time sleeping at night due to heat, don’t come here in the summer. My room was really stuffy even with the window open. I really wish they had unlocked the neighboring door as it would at least give up a cross breeze. It took me hours every night to try to get comfortable. I could not even use my privacy curtain because it made it feel like I was in a low grade sauna.

First off, it’s beautiful. I loved the terrace, the room had a great view, the bathrooms are super modern, and the elevator is gorgeous. It also has a metro stop a block away that I was a frequent rider of.

It was early July and my room unfortunately felt very hot and stuffy. Technically there could be 8 people in one room sharing one standing fan that can agitate sideways to hopefully reach everyone. We also opened the windows at night to improve the situation, but there is a big road just outside, so the traffic noise doesn’t help. One of the receptionists told me that they could not control the weather, which I totally agree, but it misses the point that the customers were complaining about the room temperature, not the weather. I noticed there have been some complaints about room temperature in summer for a while, so I hope you could listen to your customers. This could have a solid 8+, but for the reasons above mentioned, I can only recommend people to choose you for a winter trip in Prague.

The property was easy to find and well connected with different options for public transport. The shared bathroom and toilet facilities seem new, clean and very well managed. The staff was friendly and hospitable.

top bunk wasn’t great at night as very easily feel the movement from the person below and next to me and below them! don’t mind if it’s just movement from one person going to the toliet etc or getting in bed but not 3! and no way of it being dark as open top so always getting woken up when someone switches the light on. and awkward to get up as well. wouldn’t stay again unless they change the bunk beds to a sturdy one.

The hotel's breakfast, priced at 10€ per person, is a disgrace. My girlfriend and I arrived at the canteen at 8:20, only to find it empty. Initially, I assumed there were few guests, but it soon became clear why no one was having breakfast. To put it briefly, the breakfast is not even worth 1€. The buffet offered meager, half-eaten cheese slices, leftovers, and a limited amount of ham. The lack of variety was astonishing - only three pieces of cheese and ham remained. The egg omelet was tainted with black spots from rotten eggs mixed with the good ones. The vegetable containers held spoiled cucumbers and tomatoes. The buffet table went unattended, and guests were left to clean up after themselves. What's more, my room was not properly serviced. After the supposed cleaning, the bed was left unmade, which was unacceptable. On the third day, when I requested fresh towels, I found only one towel provided for two people. At the reception, I asked for an additional towel but was given a small one instead, despite requesting a large towel. The staff claimed they didn't have any larger ones and offered no solution. They failed to address the issue, even after I raised it multiple times. Although each room was advertised as having air conditioning, there were no remotes in the rooms. The stifling heat and lack of fresh air made it unbearable. Opening the windows was futile due to the hotel's proximity to a noisy road. Seeking assistance at the front desk, I was promised a remote, but nothing was done until late in the evening. Another staff member, unaware of the situation, hesitated to provide me with a remote, leaving me shocked and bewildered. In conclusion, the hotel's service is woefully inadequate, displaying little interest in guest satisfaction. It aspires to be a hotel but falls far short of even a 3-star standard.

Good location, you can find all that you need as metro stations, food markets and an old town in 20 min of walking. Clean, all rooms look like new.

The staff was very unprofessional, and handled problems very badly, without trying to make up for the inconvenience. We booked the room for 3 nights, and we only had room service one time, when we mentioned this, they just said that the maid must have forgotten it, and we will just have go get by without any towels for the night (they only had small hand towels to offer us, which are just too small to use for showering) They did not try to make up for the problem or anything, which felt very bad. Through our whole stay, we did not feel welcome at all.

They allocated me into a dirty bed, and then i have to wait in the lobby for the housekeeping to clean the bed for me. The girl in the room said the dorty bed has been days not being clean, so why making me wait if they can clean it days earlier. Very unorganised!

The noise level is really bad and causes a restless night sleep. Outside is a main road with heavy traffic. All day and night you will hear ambulances, drag racers, car horns, motorcycles, and drunken revelers. Inside, ALL of the doors slam horribly. When late check-ins and drunks come back at 2am,,, BAM, BAM BAM, BAM. Everyone on the floor is awake. When someone wakes up in the early morning,,, BAM, BAM BAM, BAM. Everyone on the floor is awake.

A newer place, in a good location nearby the main tourist spots and public trans. It has comfy beds , decent sized communal bathrooms, and a really nice communal kitchen.

Beds were shaky and any movement made the bed wiggle around. It was difficult to sleep like that.

We booked a 2 bedroom room with private bathroom, but we were given a room with shared bathroom. The beds were super small. Maybe 60 cm wide... During the booking process, we requested as a special request to have a parking space. I received an email from booking saying that the property had guaranteed that for free. When we arrivred, they didn't give us a parking space because all of them were occupied.

Private parking - actually we found out that there was not a private parking, but just one parking place allocated to the whole hostel, which at that moment was not available. Please correct this info in your description since parking is an important fact for tourists and also there is a little complicated if you are first time in Prague. Maintenance - even though the house keeper came in, the shower gel was not refilled and the small towels were not replaced. Not to mention that I found two dirty towels since we just arrived, probably forgot in bathroom.

Room is fine, comfortable bed and nice pillows, well heated.
