Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was not very soundproof, I could hear the rooms next to me and the hallway as well. I would have liked to have two normal-sized pillows instead of one big.
I liked staying in this hotel. My room was big enough for one person. Everything was very clean in the room and in bathroom as well. I had a nice view to the street and everything was nearby - public transport, shops and dinner places, nice park.

The room was really bright, the curtains don't block the light well enough, so it was a bit difficult to sleep.
The property is very well connected, it's really easy to get there with public transport and to reach the main attractions of the beautiful city of Prague from there. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and the perfect size for a short solo stay.

The room was clean and equipped with everything necessary for a short stay. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The location was also very good - a public transport stop is a short walk away, and the city center is only 2 stops away. Definitely very good value for money!

No air conditioner in the standard rooms. It is not sufficient to say what the room comes with. If it says the hotel has AC it should specifically state if a particular room, in this case the Standard room, does not have AC. There was a small fan but no convenient spot to prop it up and it was extremely hot and difficult to sleep. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was not the best but it was clean.
Staff, especially Elena, were very helpful and wonderful! I liked that there was someone to answer questions 24/7. The breakfast was good and wholesome. The location was convenient.

Wifi was not great in my room. The tv wasn’t working either. The room phone was dirty & wasn’t working. I tried calling the receptionist using my mobile but he didn’t bother checking or helping. Anyhow, I was tired, just needed to rest.
With the AC and great selection at breakfast, this is a great value for money! Bed was comfy too.

The breakfast staff serving their coffees, therefore coming in and out of the kitchen, it felt unprofessional, felt like serving breakfast as well as having their own.
A very professional receptionist, smooth booking, hotel open throughout the night, all really good. Recommended!

There are no obvious disadvantages. But, nevertheless, we will note a couple of things. We encountered a problem with the power outlet - they are all located behind the furniture, out of easy access. Although this may be a disadvantage of our room. And secondly - very uncomfortable mattresses on the beds, you will not be able to sleep well.
Good option for a short stay. Great location. Great staff. I would like to note the good and plentiful breakfast.

A bathtub - taking shower is just uncomfortable.
Very decent hotel in Vinohrady - nice and quiet part of Prague with a lot of small bistros around. Very clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast.
