Parking for free, but far away. Plenty of public parking next to the hotel on the street, but tourists are not allowed to use it.

We had to ask for the A/C remote control and to deposit 10 £. Strange . We had to ask for it and were not offered. Cleanliness of rooms needs to improve. TV shows only two German language and two Russian language channels. Our of more than 60.

There was no air conditioner remote in our room to start... however the front desk was able to locate one but had to bring it in from another hotel. =)

Breakfast had a great selection and the eating room was spacious and clean. Room was clean and had four separate beds which was perfect for our group. Room had air conditioning! Prague is hot in July! Air conditioning is a must have and they did! Has an elevator that goes to 3rd floor... they have 4 floors Front desk staff were helpful and spoke English. Location was ok...about 2-3 blocks from public transport. Had FREE secure parking for hotel but was about a 1km away

The TV didn't work (no signal) and also the complementary parking is over 1 km away at another location. That was fine for me but should be mentioned somewhere.

Hotel is in a nice building, the staff was friendly, room was nice and clean. Bathroom very generous, and the breakfast was diverse and filling.

Our door didn't close properly, really needed to slam it or it would pop open again.

We have the chance to park free but not parking place located to this hotel, but to another one that is 5 minutes by car, and 15 minutes walking.

The breakfast was very good and abundant and delicious. The loacation of the hotel is quite good, next to a tram station from two station to Metro/Subway station.

- Almost none sound proofing, you can clearly hear conversations from adjacent rooms. Hopefully we didn't had any noisy neighbors during our stay.

The pillows were too flat.

Wonderful little hotel with great, friendly service and excellent, varied breakfast. The rooms are quite small (Including the public areas), but it is clean, cozy and functional. Loved the little variation in the food each day, the spacious shower stall and how cheerful the staff was. Prices are more than moderate. Don't miss the Máchova restaurant at the top of the street as well as the huge park in the vicinity!

Poor sound insulation

Good location in nice and calm area away from too touristic old town. Breakfast was decent and ok.

No remote for the A/C, attic room became a bit hot in the afternoon. Opening the windows help, but that also lets the mosquitos in. WLAN was not working in the room (weak signal), but did in the corridor and on lower levels.

Room was clean and quiet. They even provide a mini-fridge. Although there is no parking nearby, they provide free parking at their other location (10 minutes walk). Breakfast was ok, but you can also find many nice Cafés nearby if you like speciality. We also found some nice bars in the neighborhood. Tram and bus lines are only a few blocks away, train station with underground access is also reachable within 15 minutes. It was easy to get "home" even at night.

There was a minor problem when I checked in, but I can NOT complain about it beacuse it was delt with and resolved immediately.

I absoutely love this hotel. This was my second stay and I would certainly choose to stay here again. My room was immaculate, very clean. The AC was working fine when needed (it was very hot outside). Shower was working fine and the bed was really comfortable. The surroundings, Vinohrady and Vrsovice are my favourite parts of Prague.
