Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room door was like it was not there, which is the opposite of noise-proof. Every noise, movement, and word said by someone in the corridor was as if it were straight in your room. Therefore, after 7 a.m., there was no chance to sleep. I can't imagine how it would be if someone spoke or made noise at night.
Nice clean small hotel in the center of town.

- We booked the room partially because the photos of the bathroom showed a large bath... but in reality our room only had a shower. They just put all the different bathroom photos in each profile meaning it is a lottery what you get. - Room was a bit hot, could've done with a fan or something.
+ Unlike many hotels in Czech they had a good method for late arrivals ( we arrived at 23:00, and they left clear instructions how to get in as reception closes at 21:00 ) + The room we got was incredibly large and luxurious with a sofa and various chairs.. very comfortable bed although it was a little warm due to the summer ambient temperature + Breakfast was fantastical, with a range of excitiing things from pancakes to eggs to canopes! + Staff mostly young people were very nice and friendly with good English + Onsite free parking very useful + Exceptionally clean... their cleaning staff deserve an award!

Can be quite hot in the rooms during summer. There is a ceiling fan that is doing the job, but difficult to change the temperature in the room

there is no air conditioner. Nevertheless, the night was cooler, it was very difficult to sleep because of the heat in the room, I imagine that it is impossible to stay there on hot days. I believe that this problem will be solved in the future.
The room was very tidy, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast delicious, a wide selection of desserts. Also good location.

Nothing at all.
That was my second stay in this hotel and I enjoyed it again. Perfect location. The old town is just behind the corner. Polite and helpful staff, beautiful front desk ladies, free parking and tasty breakfast.

I would love to have a tea set in the room.
Perfect one night stay on our way through Czech Republic. The size of the suite exceeded our expectation. Very comfortable bed and good quality tv couch, good quality bed linen and tasty breakfast. We would definitely book again.

It was in excellent condition and the staff was very accommodating.
The property has been updated and the workmanship is outstanding - top quality all the way. They offer a breakfast buffet daily and the food was excellent. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. We were in the area to visit extended family and the location was perfect.

No elevator or room air conditioning. Breakfast room was spacious and air conditioned.
Very clean hotel. Rooms were very clean, breakfast had a nice variety of salad, fruit, meats, eggs and breads. Water pressure and temperature were both excellent!

Rooms on the upper floor are quite hot during the summer, and there is limited possibility to open the window in the square direction. There are no cards used for opening the rooms and also entry door to the hotel.
Breakfast was really delicious.

No lift is a downside.
