The overall cleanliness of the furniture and bathroom was good, however it was a bit dirty under the bed which is stange because it's high enough to easily see under.

The walls weren't very thick which meant I could hear each time the lift was in operation or noisy travellers outside of my door. The pipes in the room were also noisy.

The bed had a slope so was a little uncomfortable, the pillow was lumpy. I didn’t interact with anyone as it’s keyless entry and all done by message and email but communication was good.

Wi fi on top floor poor. Also kitchenette on 5 th level was out of order throughout my stay. Advertised kettle in room but none. Had to go down to 4th floor.

Breakfast was good for the money. Location good ,safe and quiet at night. 20 minute walk to old town and shopping area. Good bars and restaurants near by but very busy so need to book.

Seems like a decent place. Clean and accessible for most of the city. Staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was simple and enough to get a day started nothing exceptional there. Recommend for the traveller wanting to see the city and not chill in their room. Shower was immense!!

Room was clean and comfy. Check in with the code is simple and effective. Neighborhood is nice but not very close to the centre. Tram to the centre is 5 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants and coffee places in the area.

Very comfortable, with lovely staff who were happy to help. Great for exploring the city, with a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Easy check in procedure too.

Nice, very affordable accomodation. The elevator was being fixed during my stay so there was some nuisance. Location an uphill walk away from a tram stop and in a quiet neighbourhood. The hallways were pretty dark at night since the lights on the staircase are automatic.

It was warm so I slept with the windows open and unfortunately there was alot of car and people noise from the street. Also the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable.

- little sound isolation between rooms on the 5th floor (lower floors have different room strucures, and also bigger rooms). Fortunately my neighbours were okay but you could hear everything they did in the bathroom. (Otherwise the room was quiet, the window overlooking a quiet inner garden. The street has also little traffic, its peaceful) - breakfast was offered only from 8am, not ideal for a business trip with early appointments, i could never eat it

- location: very nice quiet street, but still in the inner city. Namesti Miru is very close, with metro and some restaurants. Museum/Vaclavske namesti are also in a short walking distance - price - easy communication, they offer check in with a code, any time at night. I did not even meet the staff during my stay. - clean - the room was okay for the price, but nothing special. Beds were comfy, bathroom adequate - wifi was okay - the profits are funding a charity (Charitas) - all in all great place considering the price, i would stay here again

For price paid was an excellent stay, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, location is excellent with some restaurants within walking distance, was advised about elavater not working, however a relief when back in order , check in and out excellent, staff nice and polite, so recommend

The only thing I really didn't like is the carpet in the room. I think there should be Laminat, its also easier to clean for the housekeeping. But thats all.

The Hotel is located in one of the best areas of Prague, close to Metro Namesti Miru and all together in a quiet residential area with many cafes, restaurants and so on. The Hotel itself doesn't look like a real Hotel, its more an accomodation with rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the rooms with view to the yard are very quiet. The bed is comfortable, the shower also very clean. All together it was a great stay there (it was my 2nd time).
