Perfect location near the station but close enough to everything you would wish to explore. Bed very comfortable. Showers great. Staff super friendly and the bar downstairs is worth going to at least once.

Bar refusing me a last drink when I arrived at 23:01, saying they just closed at 23:00...!! When many people are still there having a last drink until 23:30 - 0:00...!!

Kettle for hot water in the room? Nespresso machine hot water not hot enough for tea.

Smiling staff at arrival, free upgrade to larger corner room offered. Restaurant called the Monkey Bar very very pleasant for light dinner and large buffet breakfast. Design and atmosphere modern and pleasant.

The location is perfekt when arriving by train. The hotel is located in front of the main train station and it still feels relatively safe when coming back to the hotel at 3 am. The staff are really nice and the room was clean and it seems like it was organized. The sauna was great and clean :)

Not exactly the friendliest staff.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, silent for such a central location. The room was new and provided all we needed - amenities, fresh water, regular cleaning. Convenient location close to train station and walking distance to the center of Prague.

A fantastic hotel. Good location(15min walk to astronomical clock), friendly, helpful staff, the whole hotel is spotlessly clean, amazing breakfast, evening meals and cocktails in the lovely courtyard of the monkey bar, comfortable beds, spa a nice relaxing area, decor beautiful, could go on, there’s is nothing we did not like. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Breakfast was great. Gluten free cereals and bread to toast. large buffet selection, fresh coffee and hot breakfast menu. The Kantyna restaurant down the road from the hotel is a must visit.

The bath water was yellow and sort of rusty due to the state of the plug. I was looking forward to a bath after long day and getting wet in the rain!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful modern hotel in Prague that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the elegant and amusing murals that adorned the walls, adding a unique and artistic flair to the entire experience. The attention to detail in the decor was truly remarkable and set the perfect tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights of my visit was undoubtedly the bar, where Ben and his talented team work their magic. The cocktails they create are nothing short of extraordinary. Each drink is a work of art, with flavors that are both unique and inspired by various parts of the world. It’s clear that a lot of passion and creativity goes into every cocktail, making each one a memorable experience. The team behind the bar is incredibly friendly and engaging, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The Spa and sauna area is also exceptional. The location of the hotel is also ideal, situated right in the heart of Prague. It provided easy access to all the city’s major attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. The combination of beautiful design, outstanding service, and exceptional cocktails make it a true gem in the city. No kettle in the bedroom so it was quite difficult to have tea - and the coffee machine wasn't the cleanest in the bedroom.

Amazing hotel, with beautiful décor. Breakfast was incredible and we spent almost every evening sipping cocktails at The Monkey Bar and snacking from their fabulous menu. The hotel is situated in a convenient location. Despite having not having hot water upon our arrival due to a technical fault - the staff were so welcoming and accommodating and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and offered breakfast on the house to compensate for the latter. The hospitality of the staff made the stay even more enjoyable.
