Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

If there had been a jacuzzi in the spa that would have been the cherry on top of an exceptional stay.
What a fabulous hotel, beautifully decorated and in an excellent location close to the main train station, airport bus stop and many of Prague's best sites and tourist attractions. The room was lovely with very comfortable beds and again lovely decor. A highlight was the cocktail bar (Monkey Bar) which is a destination in itself serving tasty tapas and the best cocktails we've had in a long time. The spa (which was modern, clean and well designed) was also a pleasure to relax and unwind in after a day of walking the streets of Prague. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this gorgeous city.

The room was beautiful, the saunas were so relaxing, and the food was delicious. Brunch was great with bottomless mimosas and music.

Nothing. However interesting that in sauna swimsuits should not be used and some other hotel guests insisted on that 😀

Nothing really that crosses my mind. I enjoyed all the facilities very much.
The staff was super nice. I enjoyed the breakfast. I wish to come to this hotel during my next visit to Prague, next time with the family, but was informed i would need to pay extra for the small dog, so unsure because of that. But for me alone it was really super.

View, but it's OK as it is what it is. Unless you intend to stay in your room all day it really isn't an issue.

I would have liked to adjust the room temperature to lower than 21° but didn’t seem possible. Everything else was perfect.
Beautifully designed, extremely well maintained, clean, brilliantly managed, excellent service. Outstanding facilities, gym, spa, restaurant. Yet understated, relaxing and service from staff who naturally and genuinely appear to care.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The location was great and easy to get around from. Across from the train station and walkable to all attractions. The Monkey Bar was fantastic with great food and incredible drinks. Highly recommend this hotel.

Bed was incredibly soft which is not best for me. It didn’t cause any issues for a short 2 night stay but I wouldn’t want to stay longer on such a bed, but others may prefer such a soft mattress.
Breakfast and service was excellent. The location was ideal. Very clean and room was a good size with good facilities.

Room was in the eaves so no windows other than skylights. Could have done with kettle and fresh milk.
The hotel had a lovely atmosphere really chilled. Bar and dining area fab with great breakfast and tapas menu. Staff v helpful and friendly. Location excellent and near the train station
