Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff were extremely kind and the facilities were fantastic. Well located a 10 minute walk from the centre and next to the main train station. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who travels for work wants a holiday in Prague

Climate control only heated the room, it wouldn’t cool it. TV was only in local language we weren’t able to use chrome cast to stream .
Room was spacious, very clean. Location was not too far to walk to the old town and right by the main train station. Breakfast was excellent! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Spa was great.

The bar menu is very well done, the cocktails are high quality, but service could be better. We were there on a Friday night and the staff was overwhelmed by the volume of work. In any case, I recommend dropping by for a drink anyway
Excellent location, easy to reach from the airport. 5 minutes walking from the historic City. Surrounded of restaurants. Complimentary water and coffee was much appreciated. I recommended it for couples and friends

This hotel is very stylish and there is a lot of attention to detail in the rooms and common area. The breakfast is delicious with fresh baked goods, porridge, artisan bread and any tea or coffee made freshly for you. I bar area is cozy for light meals and tea. I would stay at this hotel again.

The bed was not too comfortable, it was quite a firm bed and the pillows were not good unfortunately. There was a pillow menu in the room but at an additional cost. We asked for more pillows at reception and we just about got 2 more as the staff said they were the last ones. We didn't have to pay for these ones. It would be nice to have additional pillows in the room at no additional cost.
Friendly staff, great cocktails in the Monkey bar, very good equipment in the gym. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff! You can have a beautiful hotel (which it is) but if you have staff with the correct mindset, willing to go the extra mile, then you are set up for success. This is the case with Falkensteiner Hotel, it has it all: great location (close enough to the city center but not in the middle of the busy streets), gorgeous newly renovated hotel, really good facilities and excellent staff. What else can you ask for?

Arriving in November it is "heating season" so there is no air conditioning to cool the rooms but the windows open and that brought the temperature down so it was comfortable to sleep.
Great breakfast, comfortable room and super friendly staff.

TV in the room doesn't have smart apps like Netflix. Not a deal breaker but not really many channels on there either. Would prefer either smart apps or no TV in the room.
Comfortable and stylish rooms with great bathrooms. Very clean throughout and felt unique and stylish. Drinks in the bar were also great. Great location for the train station and airport express bus. Fantastic breakfast.

Clean, modern, stylish, silent, amazing location. Police is nearby that is always good. Adam and Martin welcomed me and my dog and said goodbye goodbye as well, both are nice, welcoming and helpful! All in all a great stay!

Nothing on our side Maybe international cable tv would be a +
Décoration is very nice - very clean Saunas and hammam are very nice - sports facilities as well. Bed very comfortable The staff is nice and discreet and at your service.. Breakfast is very good and it's unlimited (but very expensive 30e) Try the monkey bar - it's cosy, the drinks are very interesting and between 6-7pm (buy 1 get 1 free !)

I had windows overlooking the hotel restaurant where there was loud music playing until about 11.00pm.
