We didn't get a friendly feeling from the staff in the court yard café, it was like we were too old for them. It was not a 5 star hotel room, barely 4 star, it was very tight. the position was quite distant to the old part of Prague

Very nice bed, nice bathtub, the room was well designed and quite comfortable. There is a good restaurant and bar on site. The asparagus risotto, the fried chicken sandwich and the lemonade were outstanding. Every staff person was cordial and professional. They gave my dogs bowls for food and water and some towels for their use.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Beautiful design - mixing old and new. The spa facilities and fitness centre were of high standard and really added to our experience in Prague (a sauna after walking all day was just what we needed). Very comfortable room and bed. The breakfast was expensive but was delicious with so many choices! We appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Lovely Hotel, great decor and close to one of the stations. a little bit of a walk into the old town but it was a nice one. friendly staff and the room was lovely.

Breakfast buffet is super expensive! But also really tasty, lots of variety (also for gluten free/lactose free/vegetarian/vegan) and probably worth it compared to what else is nearby.

Directly across from the train station and a quick 15 mins walk into Old Town. Place was immaculate, well-staffed, and comfortable. Super nicely decorated and the hotel has lots of amenities. Probably best for couples as it’s kind of hip and has a nice bar on the property.

I’m a regular business traveler and can’t begin to remember all the hotels I have stayed in. But I can tell you, this was one of the best stays I’ve had and I won’t forget it. Perfect in every way. The breakfast is especially worthy of a mention. The choice and thoughtfulness of the menu and the presentation is really something special . Well done everyone and thank you for making our anniversary, one to remember.

Excellent location, within waking distance to amenities and tram, superb breakfast, great staff service, wonderful spa and confortable rooms with great A/C. We had a great time staying at this hotel. If we are ever in Prague again we will considered staying in this boutique hotel. I highly recommend it!
