Nothing, this is on our 'stay here again' list. It is a bit off the beaten track and a fair walk into the centre but not too much of a negative as close to transportation and the situation on the hill is spectacular

With a commanding situation overlooking the city, this place was beautiful in the snow during our visit. Although only here in Prague for the evening and morning, the location offered a packed morning of local visits and museums. Fantastic rooms and a building full of character, not your usual hotel

We loved everything about the hotel. Personally for me, the room was way too hot during the night and woke me up. My husband thought it was a very comfortable heat and did not wake him.

Hotel is in the most beautiful grounds, surrounded in history. Hotel rooms are clean, spacious, and have everything you need. Beds are comfy, Breakfast was great, lots to chose from. Staff are very helpful and polite. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill, we enjoyed the walk each day into the centre of Prague, which was beautiful. We thought the hotel was situated perfectly, with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The family room had a bizarre layout. There was a lot of dust under the sofa and the room was cold upon arrival.

The staff was so kind, welcoming and helpfull, it was a joy to visit. It was quiet at night, beds and pillows were superb and breakfast buffet had everything you needed.

This is a lovely hotel. We stayed here very last minute as our flight home had been cancelled and the next available flight was 3 days later! The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The location is perfect for the monastery area, the castle and the Petrin Tower. It's a downhill walk to Charles Bridge and the other side of the river and then up hill all the way back but you can either get your steps in or pay a small amount to get a tram back!

In monastery, 50m to the most beautiful library and nice beer house, can hear church bells all day, Clean, attic very warm (in Nov), affordable price w/breakfast

Perfect place in an ancient monastery. Outstanding feeling. The room was big and comfortable with free tea and coffee. The staff is the best I encountered. Very nice and helpful. There was also a minibar (that we didn’t use). It might come handy if you have a crave for something. There are restaurants a few steps from the hotel front entrance. There is also a brewery next to the hotel. The breakfast provides everything you need. All the ingredients are fresh and not reused! We enjoyed it very much!!! If we come to Prague again we will absolutely come to this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful building and very quiet location. The rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast is amazing. Tea/coffee are available all day, which is really appreciated. Staff are very kind.

Our room had also a second floor with steep stairs, that are not family friendly, but we didn't need the second floor with three beds.

Because of the very authentic building the room layout, wardrobe size, location of electrical sockets were not optimal but good enough.

Location, private parking, nice breakfast, very friendly staff, cleanliness of the room… almost everything was perfect.

It didn’t clearly state that parking was not included in the price. Also we got a room on the first floor so no view for us but the view in the garden was wonderful.

Absolutely loved the location and the view. Also the room was spacious and beautifully decorated with chandeliers and a big bathtub in the bathroom. So beautiful. And the location was very peaceful and serene.

Air conditioning was not the best but it was functional. Breakfast could use mlre warmth on the warm pieces.

Location and decor caterd heavily to me amd my brother who are great history nerd. Mix of modern conveniance historic art and prints as well as areas own history. The place had wonderful staff with amazing smiles and will to cater to small needs

The roof floor rooms can get quite hot and stuffy under direct sunlight even with the AC on. The member of the cleaning staff handling our room did not refill soap and shower gel for us, although we stayed for 7 days. The reception staff tried to help, though.

The location is fantastic, it is hard to imagine a better place to stay in Prague. The hotel itself is very authentic, with fairly large rooms and comfy beds and bathrooms. The breakfast is great. The staff at the reception is very polite and extremely approachable and helpful.
