Great location near Charles bridge and super friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was also good.

A few smaller things didn't work - the blinds for the skylight which I was able to climb up and pull down manually but the remote did not work to bring them up and down just made noise. Was woken one day by at 5am by the blind mechanism going off for about 15 minutes. I assume another remote activated it from another room.

Lovely staff. Breakfast was amazing. Beds very comfortable. Location was great as not lots of street noise but so close to everything. I walked everywhere while I was there.

The dining room chairs could do with more frequent cleaning as there was dried food and oily arms from guest use occasionally.

We were very happy with all the facilities to be honest! The room was a good size, the breakfast offered a good variety, the location was great in that it was close to the heart of the city but also quietly located and the staff was helpful and polite. We’d certainly recommend it.

I have never stayed in such a spacious hotel room before, breakfast also exceeded our expectations. The location is super nice if you want to explore the old town and public transport is quite close as well. Would recommend to anyone, we had an amazing stay!

Helpful, friendly, very engaged staff. The manager's performance was very strong when we needed to sort out an accommodation for a day extra (the hotel was fully booked out). Beautiful, renovated and clean room (junior suite). The AC incl. heating - working well. Nice breakfast area, variety of nice food for breakfast. Great location in a quiet street in the old town.

Breakfast needs to be more elaborate, must have some more options.

Location of the Hotel is very good, its in Old Town area, all major attractions and food joints are just next to it. Even Metro and Tramps is just next to hotel, also the Charles Bridge, where all attractions starts, all are just next to Hotel.

The breakfast area can get a little busy due to lack of space around the buffet but overall not a problem at all.

Location is top for the first visit to Prague. Most sites are walking distance. Bedrooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient.

Top notch location, right in the old city center, 5 minutes walk from Petrini tram station. Clean, big rooms, we received a room upgrade when we arrived. The receptionist were super friendly and helped us with recommendations and a map of the city and of the main attractions, free of charge. Walking distance to restaurants and breweries. Diverse and fresh breakfast at the location, continental style.

A convenient location near Charles Bridge and only a short walk into the old town proper. Room was of a nice size and comfortable. The Breakfast was substantial, varied and very nice quality

Just the flight of stairs into the hotel, but the hotel along with the taxi driver insisted that we waited in the lobby, and the taxi driver carried our luggage.

I followed all the positive recommendations, and found them all to be well founded. One of the best breakfasts you could wish for.

This is a really petty issue, but bacon could be crispy. It's the right kind, just not cooked like I like it.

Location is perfect- 2 minute walk to the trams, 5 to the Charles Bridge. Staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was good and fresh, rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Lots of restaurants/pubs within an easy walk.

Didn't like the breakfast. Very poor breakfast compared to the price paid for this hotel. There was no choice of food for children.

The Moods Charles Bridge was located in a very good part of the city. Was really near the old town and had access to every attraction of the city.

Maybe the pressure of the water in the shower could be better. We were on the 5th floor, so it's true that it's challenging. Curtains in the room could use a fixing system, to block them and block out all the sunlight in the morning, but it's really a minor thing.

Location is great, right in the city enter, close to everything. Upon check in we received a lot of information from the lady at the front desk. Thank you! The room was quiet and the breakfast was very good. Shower was huge.

I really enjoyed the hotel and the sfaff were all so nice, maybe a few dumbbells in the gym would add a bit but I can't think of anything I didn't like.

No atmosphere in the bar in the evening but then you are moments away from other bars and restaurants
