Our only problem was the second night I had to have a very cold shower because the hot water went off. I told reception who sorted it quickly and even sent a bottle of bubbly in an ice bucket for our inconvenience - a really nice touch. Apparently it was a blown fuse. However, on our third and last night the water went off again, but this time it wasn't quite so cold. I again told reception who suggested that we'd run off all the hot water. I tend to agree with this, but when my wife had only had a quick shower before I got in it, I don't think it is something that should happen in a modern hotel.

Great hotel. Very spacious room, comfy bed and pillows, WiFi fast and reliable (and free). Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Location was good for getting to all the main sights in Prague with some great restaurants and bars within a few hundred metres without going into the main town.

Less amenities than in other hotels I’ve stayed in but for us all about location so it was great for this trip.

How large the rooms were. The location was great & a fabulous shower. Only stayed for 2 nights but was perfect to step out and explore Prague.

There’s only two of us but the hot water didn’t last for the second person to shower. I showered with cold water for half the duration of my shower session, in wintertime-4 degrees!!! Not great at all!

Location is perfect for sightseeing and the Christmas markets. You can go back to the hotel to rest up in between sightseeing as it can be tiring. Close to so may food options.

In the room, the air conditionning was making a lot of noise, even at night.

The localization was perfect to visit Prague walking. The breakfast food was amazing. The room are modern and clean. The personel is very kind and provided ideas of sightseeing in the city.

This is a central Europe thing rather than Moods specifically, but we hated the, 'his and hers' duvets (it was the same in Berlin and Vienna). They're very antisocial and fall off the bed.

Nice hotel, well situated. Moods is a great place to stay if you like walking around cities. It's close to all the major sites.

Staff was polite, lady at the reception gave us tips and ideas of what to see in the city. Our room was big, comfortable and cleaned every day. Breakfast was also good, nice choice of food. I liked the location the most, hotel is located next to the Charles Bridge, so it's a great starting point to go and explore each part of the city. Plus there was no noise coming from outside, so we could have a nice rest.

Perfect

The location of MOODs hotel is good, it takes about 10 minutes walk to any sights. And the facilities is very new and convenient. The gate outside the hotel will be closed as well. Thus, quite safe to stay. I really enjoy and recommended to stay here.

The top shower head didn’t fully work, therefore tre water just sprinkled out. It’s needs a little maintenance.

The front desk staff were so inviting, friendly and very helpful with providing us a map and explaining where all the key areas were to go.

But bacon and sausage are just so-so And in this hotel u can not see the bridge, actually, u do not have any scenery at all. So for you budget, u can choose other hotels in the old town. The town is small that there are little different live close to the bridge or a little bit far away.

The room was a bit small and could use more storage (hooks on the open walls would help).

The location was perfect. It was in a neighborhood on a side street that was steps away from the local attractions. The room we had also had a very nice view of the rooftops.
