We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesMake sure people parking in your garage spots know that it is an EXTREMELY tight fit to get to the garage. If my wife was by herself, she could not have maneuvered the car to the garage.
The locations was perfect for walking the city. We parked our car and didn't need it for the duration of our 3 night stay. The breakfast was great, as was the staff and the room. Absolutely no complaints! A perfect home based for exploring almost everything the city had to offer.

United StatesMy wife accidentally left a scarf in the closet. we contacted the hotel notifying them exactly where it was. We have friend who lives in Prague who offered to pick it up for us. The hotel told us they would notify us if they found it and unfortunately we did not hear back.

CyprusThe check-in time is very late. 3pm is too much when you are checking out at 12am, so is like you loose time you pay for. We travelled for 10 hours and had to wait for additional 3 hours to get our room, and that was really frustrating and tiring. The girls at the reception were very kind and we got our room an hour earlier. The area outside our windows was really noisy. Construction workers, loud passing people on the streets, garbage disposals, motorcycles and cars with loud music; overall the area did not feel quiet. There is also no lift to carry your luggage when you enter the building, or anyone to help. We didn't need any help, but we noticed this.
The staff, specifically the ladies at the reception (Teresa especially), were extremely helpful with good English and spend a lot of time with us to help us plan our stay, even book us dinners and sightseeing. The location was spot on. Next to Charles Bridge and close by everything we needed at walking distance. We were given a junior suite an the room was very big, comfortable, clean. Especially the bathroom's size and condition was great. The breakfast did not have many choices but the quality was great.

United StatesThe fact that the room couldn't be cooled when the key was taken out of the control area. Plus because we had 2 keys I tried to keep one in the air conditioner and the maid took it out. I get it because of use of electricity but it as VERY hot in out top floor room and the with the skylight it really took a long time to cool down.

United StatesJust promote the elevator access a bit more. We brought our suitcases up the steep stairwell to the reception area and didn't know ahead of time there was an elevator to help with that
This was the my second stay at Moods and is my first pick when in Prague. The staff is wonderful from check in to departure. Very professional and friendly. The breakfast is top notch and location is great, so close to Old Town Square and The Charles Bridge. The beds are comfortable and shower also great. We travelled with a group of 9, some were a bit older and the elevator from the ground level very helpful and something I didn't realize was available on our first visit. We bring a lot of groups from the US to Prague and everyone loves this spot.
