Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff should be more helpfull.
When you complain about things certain staff just say they will sort it out but have no intention of doing anything about the issues

to get towel ,cost 130 krons or 6 euro....buy shower kits ( soap,shampoo, two towels cost 180 krons or 7.5 euro...even they didn't put cheap soap/ shampoo in the shower...low cost immigrants workers work at reception. all day listening loudly Indian music.there is brand new elevator but only we use on request.you are on 3rd floor room, there is elevator but you don't use it...in the kitchen no soup spoon..no sugar, no salt... really it's very funny and stingy management.
brand new hostel..bed, shits, shower, WC. perfect. stayed on 3rd floor in 4 bed room. clean but I complain hostel Management...

Bathroom need to be more clean and need some maintenance, they are shared Bathroom and should serve more than one room with more than 20 persons, so they should be more professional.
Location is very good, the staff is also lovely and polite.

So, the hostel has this four-floor setup, but get this, the elevator? Yeah, it's strictly off-limits for guests – only the staff get to ride it. Kinda ridiculous, right? Especially when you're lugging around bags. And when I asked why, they hit me with the classic 'it's a hostel, not a hotel' line. They also don't hook you up with towels, soap, or tissues. Oh, and don't even get me started on the breakfast – just a sad excuse for coffee and a tiny croissant. Plus, the lockers? Total letdown. Super old-fashioned and stinky.
Location was the best thing about the hostel.

It would be good if you set a hanger to toilet paper. Is quite disgusting that everybody needs to grab it with hands all the time.
The location was great, the possibility to have breakfast too, the receptionist guys were nice and an extra star to the receptionist lady Nadica she was really nice and helpful :)

Paid luggage storage and extra kits.
Great location close to the main square. Croissant with Nutella and coffee for breakfast. Clean rooms, lockers and towels provided.

Located in a corner supposed to be a quiet place but very poor soundproof and many guests were very noisy.
Staff are helpful & friendly especially Parthiv who checked me in/out. He turned on the lift for me to bring my big and heavy luggage to upstairs. WiFi works well.

Just 1 thing is that they dont have slipper in bathroom, they dont replace the pillow case and the blanket, just the blanket cover
Okay for solo travelers and you have all personal stuff with you, everything else rather your bed neex to pay an extra but I have all with so Im still fine. There are lockers in the room.

In my room was a seriously sick coughing person who came in the middle of the night. I asked to change the room but they said there was no other room available.
The accommodation offers great value for the price - a nice clean bed, a cool bathroom, and even some shared space. Also good breakfast - croissant and coffee.

One of the bathrooms' door locks was broken. I think it's been like that for some time and during my stay nobody fixed it. Another issue with the restrooms was there wasn't any soap.
The hostel's location is close to almost all historical sites. For instance, the astronomical clock tower is only two minutes away by walking from the hostel. You can also get to some cafes, and restaurants around the city very easily. The staff in the reception was kind, guiding and respectful.

The door of the shower and bathroom didn't close properly. You have to pay if you want to leave your luggage last day.
The beds were super comfy and the lockers with their key provided.

The breakfast is just a croissant and a coffee.
The location is 10/10. That makes everything worth it. I got lucky because the other people in the room were quiet and I had a good night sleep, but it's a gamble.

In the bathroom, there are not shelves and desks I put my clothes or something on. So u have to put them on the floor

You can leave your luggage there but you need to pay for it.
The hostel is located in the city centre, very close to some tourist attractions. For me, the best was having my own space even in the shared room. The layout allows us to have some privacy. The only female room has three showers and two toilets, enough for the nine people. The breakfast included was coffee with small croissants, really good. Good facilities, nice kitchen and everything clean.

There was no hair dryer in ladies room, which was quite inconvenient. I asked at the reception and I it was possible to use another one in different bathroom. There are no hangers / shelves / chair in the shower, so you do not have a place to leave your cosmetics and hang your towel.
A nice hotel two steps from the main market, really great location. It was overall quite clean, the staff was helpful, however sometimes they took their time. ;) Breakfast is small, coffee or tea and one croissant, so if you would like something bigger you will have to take care of it yourself. There is a kitchen available for guests, you can use plates and dishes, but you have to have your own fork/knife /spoon or buy/borrow it from the reception. The towels/small cosmetics are also not included in your stay, but you can borrow/buy them at the reception as well. Beds are not bad, sheets were clean. Each person has a personal locker. Overall it is a good place to stay for a short time or if you plan to spend all day exploring the city. Would not recommend for longer stay.
