Czech RepublicSome of the staff were rude, if you didn't leave the restaurant in time they would open the doors next to us (we were with our 5 year old) so we would be cold and leave. I think there are many nicer ways to ask us to leave. If you don't leave they will vacuum clean around your table. The pool is too small (only few people can go in at a time) and time-limited, and it's charged additionally which is weird but okay. So if the pool is your go-to thing, maybe this ain't hotel for you.
The location is amazing if you're planning to ski or go for a pool. Very convenient. Even though the food is very limited in offer, there is a small daily menu changing every day so that is nice. The rental is right below the building. Food is really nice.

GermanyPerfect location on a hill with a view over the valley. Great playground and heated pool with the same view make for a relaxing atmosphere. As we were during summer, the ski area was rather calm, which we appreciated. Huge and delicious breakfast buffet. Also the restaurant was really good.

Czech RepublicWe didnt like that the pool outside, was very cold and the wellness was extra paid. Also, the breakfast was too Czech for the price and, also, is a little distant for other restaurants if you want to eat other meal.
We loved the place in the middle of the nature. The restaurant food was nice and how quiet was everything. Is a good place to relax.

Czech RepublicWe were somewhat disappointed with the food consistency. It was either really good (all the meat, rissoto, deserts) or you felt like it was made in some low class pub. Salads were totally plain (and you would think it is impossible to mess up something so simple), meals often felt like made by two different people - one who loved his job, and the other who hated it. Breakfasts were also a disappointment quality wise, considering the restaurant boasts itself using local and seasonal produce - yet it all was clearly cheap ingredients. Most of the food simply did not meet the price it cost. My biggest issue though was with a noise at night. One day, it was the "Snow Factory" running all night from 8pm till 5am just across the street (yes, in May), and it sounded like a plane starting next door. The next night, there was a lot of noise from the restaurant, where the head bartender let all the guests stay outside on the balcony drinking and yelling till midnight, while closed the indoor restaurant. When we complained - because the room was too hot to sleep without an open window - he nagged me with "they are ending soon anyway". We got some compensation from the hotel afterwards, but I'd rather sleep well on vacation.
Very nice new rooms, very clean. Very helpful receptionists, great massage from Mrs. Jana. They lend board games and I appreciate them trying to schedule swimming pool, whirpool and sauna so that the visitors have it privately if possible. Be aware that outside of season (especially April to June), much of the facilities in the surrounding area only open during weekends and unless you have a bike or a car, you will be stuck mostly with this place. Also, the beds are rather hard (8 out of 10).

GermanySeveral points, that bring me to a more negative feedback. For 1 1/2 days I had no warm water in the bathroom. I was told it should be working, but it didnt. There are rarely vegetarian options in the restaurant. Vegan is way beyond the possible. But I messaged the hotel one week in advance. The wellness area is not free nor included. For the price I payed a hotel I would not recommend to be fair.
Friendly personal in the restaurant and at the reception. Everything is modern and clean. So nothing to add here.
