I cannot think of anything at all that I did not like about staying here.

Friendly staff, easy self check-in since I arrived on a late flight, and excellent location were some of the things I enjoyed about this hotel. The breakfast was good, and included in the room price. I liked how in addition to the breakfast coffee there were one-serving instant coffee packets available that I could take for a coffee in my room later on, and the room was equipped with a hot water kettle.

Nothing really, although there wasn't really a proper breakfast room, it was all scattered along a corridor and I ended up eating mine in the reception.

The location is perfect - right in the old city but in a quiet street. The description of the hotel on here is spot on. I asked for a quiet room and it was the quietest room I have ever stayed in, anywhere! The room was clean and comfortable, with tea, coffee, milk and a working fridge. Sara at reception was very friendly and helpful. I used the transfer service back to the airport early in the morning and it worked perfectly. The breakfast was lovely. The hotel is very good value for money.

Both desk clerks, Robert and Sarah, were friendly and extra helpful with my requests. The room was comfortable, lovely and clean, with kettle and tea and coffee. Breakfast had a good variety of proteins, breads and fruits.

This is a lovely small hotel in an amazing location central to the Old and New Town areas. The ambience and traditional furnishings are apt to the hotels name. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities which also included a fridge. You are made to feel welcomed by the wonderful Receptionist who was so kind and helpful. A fabulous breakfast selection to choose from served with a friendly smile from the lovely ladies ~ a hearty breakfast to start your day to explore this beautiful city.

The reception wasn’t 24/7 and only open for a few hours a day (This was put down to Covid).

Friendly staff, excellent location, near to all the amenities, clean and tidy, 10 minutes from metro and easy to find. We arrived after 10pm and we’re able to collect our keys from a key safe outside after being given the code and told which box the keys were in.

The door to the hallway don't isolate sound at all and with check-out time at 10AM it gets noisy pretty early. Check-out at 10AM - Earliest check-out I've ever had, check-out before end of breakfast :( .... Right next to a strip club which could be a plus for some but at night it gets quite noisy if you open windows, but its not that bad and with closed windows its quiet Elevator is really small and it didn't work for me 2 times

This is well-managed small hotel in the very center of Prague, close to the old town and only 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main sights on this side of the river. The room was big enough, clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, disinfected and there was always warm water in the shower. There was a cattle for tea /coffee making included. WiFi was working well! The breakfast was big, there were various alternatives for every taste with a friendly smile added.. If you land at the Prague airport, buy a ticket at the machine outside, take bus nr 119 to Nadrazi Veleslavin, take then (green) metro line A to MUSTEK station, walk some 5 minutes to the hotel. I did it within 45 minutes in both direction. Elder people, 65+, travel free of charge in Prague but have an ID-card in case of control.

Very little. Ok there’s a thing with Prague old town where you can have plush hotels next to sex clubs and this was opposite some sort of erotic destination. Hey though, nobody caused trouble so hey ho

A lovely old property with exceptionally high ceilings. All you’d expect from a hotel of this age with soft carpeting and polished wood. Windows to the front street with wood double glazing and a big gap in between which all but made the room silent

Everything! Starting with the fact that we arrived in the morning and check in was at 14h, but when we arrived they offered us coffee and cake (both delicious) and they allowed us to check-in earlier - I felt that our comfort was their priority and this just made our trip much more enjoyable! Huge shout to the team running breakfast and the lady that runs the reception! They are lovely and very helpful!

Good clean hotel, great breakfast available until 10.30am. Lady on reception couldnt have been more heloful, , booked trips and taxi to the airport for us. Booked it for the location and wasn't disappointed, easy walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants and bars.

The hotel was not staffed 24/7, so for a young woman travelling alone I sometimes wondered if I was safe. But nothing happened! Also, I could only watch CNN International on TV, which I still like.

The room was impeccably clean, the location was the best (close to everything but the area was still peaceful), wifi worked well, breakfast had a good variety, staff was super nice, I loved that I could leave my luggage in the hotel until 6 pm without any extra charge, definitely exceeded my expectations for a 3-star hotel.

It was a great hotel and extremely value for money. I would totally pick it again for my stay.of I revisit prague. Its located in the heart of the city and it is spacious and clean. Plus the staff is extremely polite and friendly.

Just a small detail as a hook to hang the coat in the room would be very convenient (now I used the wardrobe door knob and a hanger). The clients should be warned that the main door is also closed in the morning and they should use the side door for leaving to avoid the confusion.

The location of the hotel is great, only a few minutes walk from the main square. Breakfast is simple but good, room was very clean, bed was comfy, location is quiet despite being central. Overall great value for money.

Nothing related to the hotel.. some customers behaviour was a bit noise but thats it.

Location is great:5 minutes walking from the Old Town and 5 minutes walking from the new town shopping area etc Staff was very friendly and helpful the lady in reception was exceptional! :they book the taxi transport to take us to the airport, information about local restaurants with Czech cuisine, information about public transport that took us to the football stadium, all useful information about the hotel and provide to us a box containing breakfast as we left the hotel at 03h30. Also breakfast was nice! Rooms clean and tidy and i found it cosy to with a classic style on east Europe way. Coffee shops, Restaurants, souvenirs, bars etc near by. definitely i will stay again there next time
