The hotel is very well-located, not far from the main sights and the city center. A room is a perfect size for 1-2 people who visit the city for a few days.

There is no cleaning on the day before the last night, No cleaning even of the bins, no toilet spare paper provided, no coffee and tea packages left. They have to check the electric bulbs of the lamps, 2 of them was missing/not working.

Very spacious room with spacious bathroom, clean and calm hotel, no netter the big size of the building. Very polite reception staff. A fridge, a TV st, an air conditioner and a cattle are provided. In front of the hotel there is a tram stop and you can get easily in the center and other places of interest.

There were no slippers in the rooms. There were no minibar in the room.

The reception staff were very miserable & very uninviting, even asking them questions was a chore. There was no mention of paying extra for the pool, or that the hot tubs were for nude adults, which was very misleading, plus the pool is only for swimmers and who train and not for kids & it was freezing. Only one guy think his name was Martin who actually took the nice approach, maybe he should train the other reception staff!

Amazing place, room was brilliant, had two rooms in one one suite.

I didn’t like the fact the room didn’t have a fridge - this made storing food from supermarket difficult as I’m traveling on a budget and a fridge would have been handy. If you’re traveling like I am and try not to eat out for every meal a fridge is kind of essential

Liked the receptionist when I arrived. I arrived two hours early and he checked if my room was ready and it was - he checked me in straight away. He was so lovely and explained everything to me. The receptionist staff were so helpful when I had questions about laundry and they helped to give me the right change from notes for the launderette. Convenient area with a team stop right outside and can be in the city centre within 15 minutes. An Albert store opposite and close by to a shopping mall for essentials. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel which was good value. I enjoyed the room, very pleasant and clean with tea and coffee making facilities and I had fresh towels daily. I stayed in the room a lot actually because it was so comfortable and the WiFi was good.

Everything was fine. Fast check-in, room was nice. Breakfast has lot of options, but is rather for sweet lovers. The location is perfect, just few minutes with the tram to reach the city centre or the train station.

Noise from the hallway.. slightly far away from the centre, poor breakfast. No fresh fruit or vegetable, no bread.

When I booked the stay at the hotel, I was sure, that breakfast was included. There even was a icon of fork and knife saying that this hotel has very good breakfast. But when I arrived the staff told me, that I do not have breakfast. I was confused. And there was also a television in the room, and at the hotel site, below the picture of food category, they said, that EVERY hotel customer has basic breakfast. (premium costed more). I even tried looking at the Booking site, but there was no information about the breakfast.

Hotel was overall very clean. The staff was very helpful. Hotel offers a wide variety of services. Rooms are very nice. The price is also very good.

Would expect a discount and / or more information about using the facilities ( wellness centre) Would’ve been nice to scan in with the hotel card but was extra charges seperate from hotel . Air conditioning needs fixing , kept raising to 26c throughout the night . Need larger curtains to keep the light out

Nothing, just one time someone tried the door even though I had put on the "do not disturb" sign. I don't know if it was the cleaning staff or someone mistaken my room for their own room.

Locations is great, there's a tram/bus stop just outside, hotel is very big, bed was comfy. Room had a small fridge which is great for summer time.

No iron (paid service available), no fridge, surrounding area not that interesting except cemetery and large shopping mall (Atrium Flora) close by.

Comfortable beds and pillows, spacious, nice bathroom with shelf space, separate toilet, quiet, airconditioning, desk, bulk soap dispenser, tram outside hotel. Good Polish restaurant across the road.

The building was a bit old and the bathroom should be renewed in a few years.

The location is very convenient. Parking costs 16€ per day but cannot be reserved in advance. The garage has a limited availability and a space will not be guaranteed. But the spaces are big enough for a middle sized car, SUVs might have a hard time. The room was clean and well maintained, for the price it was absolutely okay. The staff is nice and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience for a city trip.

Drain in the sink could use a little bit of chemical help, it doesn’t drain properly. You have to stop the water running so it can drain. AC had some kind of moldy smell to it, but it went away. The sheets were slightly covered in dust but it was okay since the room was probably not used often.

Right in front of the tram stop Olšanské náměstí, very close to everything, great connection. The room was spacious with a nice view.

İn my first room the napkinholder in the toilet was placed in such a place that it was difficult to enter the toilet , especially for overweight people.

The breakfast is full. You can have traditional breakfast, or as a kind of brunch. So many kinds of cakes. Very 😋

The smell in the rooms was not very pleasant.

The location is great! Close the central train station (7 minutes by tram) and tram stop. Supermarket Albert is 3 minutes from Hotel, and Trade Center Flora Atrium - 8 minutes by walking.

The carpet in the room looks dirty. The breakfast is a bit strange, there are lots of cakes, but no eggs and no tomatoes. The lobby looks a bit old

The room is renovated, all the furniture is new. The room is clean, and the air conditioning works well. The hotel is well connected by public transport. Very close to the hotel there are several restaurants
