Overpriced restaurants nearby, no restaurant in the hotel after noon, nothing in the minibar. Wellness is rather small, guests were very loud.

what I didn't like was the parking, but we're used to it being difficult to park in Karlovy Vary.it's not the hotel's fault

Everything was really great!! We have been to Karlovy Vary for the 6th time, but this hotel was the best so far. The room was fantastic. the Spa is amazing. I especially liked that the receptionist spoke German!

My husband and I flew down to Karlovy Vary, Czechia from Miami, Florida and we were pleasantly surprised with the excellent accommodation and the high standard quality service of Olympia Spa & Wellness hotel! Rooms are bright, clean and specious. The hotel is located right in the heart of the town and with an excellent view. There is a swimming pool at the top floor of the hotel with sauna and spa. I would like to point out an excellent service, high professionalism of the front desk manager Martin. He is an exceptional person - very caring and helping in any possible way. Thank you Martin! The general director of the hotel Olga manages the hotel in an outstanding and professional way. The hotel in general is very clean and very nicely kept. The staff is very polite and responsive to guests' needs. The hotel has an outstanding breakfast, with big choice of hot food, cheese, salami, fruits and cakes. Every room has bathrobes and sleepers. Plenty of space to store your clothes & suitcases. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you for the excellent time in Karlovy Vary!

There is no minibar in the room. They don’t sell anything at the reception such a bottle of water or some small snack. Breakfast was REALLY poor. No sweet bar. Restaurant for lunch or dinner is not working… Cleaning lady did not cleaned our room even we asked for it plus we show that we would like to have 2 more pillows. when we came back to the room pillows were in the middle of the bed and nothing was cleaned.

The suites in the hotel have no hot water to take a shower at all, and there is no way to take a shower. This problem is very bad. No hot water .

the hotel has it better days behind, carpeted flooring, wood like panels on the walls etc. - is very nice, but a bit out of modern times. breakfast is ok, may be a bit more variety would be better. a parking lot should be reserved very in advance!

Great location in the heart of Karlovy Vary. Very imposant hotel in past times. The elevator is an art piece! Personnel was very helpful 24/7. Swimming pool is a great relaxation option after the busy day in the city.

Parking lots possibilities are limited. The hotel's personnel however, offered clear, adequate and good advice on alternative parking lots, and it was very easy to find alternative nearby parking slots.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was located in the middle of the city of Karlovy Vary making it easier to walk to the main attractions, which were nearby. Main services were easily accessible. The hotel personnel are very kind, friendly and always ready to help, ready to recommend places to visit in Karlovy Vary with a smile. The spa facilities was exceptional, as the size of the pool and sauna was adequate; not too small nor too big, making the facilities very confirmable. The hotel rooms were very conformable, very silent, creating an atmosphere of relaxation. The breakfast served accommodated all needs and fit all ages (children, adults, elderly). The hotel stay including also the additional services (massage) are affordable, not pricy considering the luxury offered at the hotel. Our stay was simply exceptional. We would like to thank that personnel including management for a beautiful and heart-felt welcoming and for making us feel safe during our stay. They simply made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend Hotel Olympia, which is placed in the heart of Karlovy Vary :)

We can best describe Olympia Spa & Wellness Hotel as like a very well-appointed, cosy and comfortable home, which is actually a hotel. Very clean and tastefully appointed. The management and staff involved themselves with us as guests from the start to the end of our stay. The manager genuinely takes a keen interest in each and every guest. Our room was large, beautifully furnished and appointed. The Spa & Wellness facilities were clean, well-organised & very relaxing indeed. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced during many international trips. The manager even laid on some excellent, high-quality entertainment for the Saturday evening of our stay, which happened to be our last. Olympia Spa & Wellness provides an ideal base for a visit to Karlovy Vary.

Staff did not speak english or german. The Hotel has no parking spaces! Price performance was extremly bad. Boooking.com says that an Excellent breakfast costs € 15. They charged us 20€, and the breakfast was not acceptable!

The receptionist arranged two parking spaces at another hotel (20€ a night!) Pool was ok. Bathrobes wew included Elevator worked. Shower was ok.

The wellness area had a total of 2 lounge chairs. We were a group of four. We had to park at a hotel a 25 minute walk away. Booking a massage was difficult and unclear until the next day. Only 2/4 of us were able to get a massage. When I inquired weeks before, I was told to make one the day of; however, that did not work. We were told three different ties for massages by different employees. This was confusing. The front desk attendant did not understand how to check us out. It took a total of 25 minutes to check out. He had to make 2 phone calls to figure out how to accept payment, etc. Clerk did not appear to understand how to split bills, etc.

The hotel is right downtown and has very comfy beds. The breakfast room and rooms were well appointed. The wellness area was very clean.

The hotel is closed since covid. We were staining in front of closed doors. The taxi driver brought us to the other Hotel of the group. There they told us that they hebe rooms for us and they see our booking from the other hotel and they will organize it for us. A the end we had to wait for more then 2.5 h that we can check in. So what are you doing that I'm happy again I'm super angry. And I am not sure if I book the next time again with booking.com Sergio
