The noise insulation is quite poor, we could hear kids shouting till late night. We would also appreciate some machine with snacks available to buy 24/7, hotel is isolated and if you want to buy snacks, the bar only has two (!) options (one kind of chips and almonds) till 23:00. note: the hotel is on the hill and in winter you HAVE to have snow chains to get there.

road covered in snow - was cleaned but not anti slipping material was used so I got stuck with the car a few times untill i installed chains on the tires.

the room was decent size, breakfast had variation but after being there for 4 nights, same variety every day with nothing new - but still very good value for the money. The location was close to centrum of the city so that was fine but had issues with the cleaningless of the road since it was snowing hard and then froze. All in all, I would go back to the hotel - really enjoyed the stay there + the food in the restaurant was quite good.

No wellness or pool for Booking.com travelers!! Must be booked separately… Rather small and dark rooms, no lounge or decent lobby area

Everything was awesome, from the start to the end.. the place itself is new and really nice looking, the restaurant and staff is great, the pool and whirpool are clean and breakfast... awesome, we were sad that we stayed only for one night, we will definitely come back!

We loved this hotel. Great room, amazing view from restaurant, delicious food in restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely spa area. We stayed an extra night!

Well… first rooms are not soundproof at all. The whole night we heard people talking then snoring like he was sleeping next to me. At 6 in the morning the breakfast started to be prepared and we heard kitchen. So no sleep at all. Next thing is the strong smell of fried food in the room as all smells from kitchen go into the room via window. I guess it is not applicable for winter, but summer months 100%. The pool in the spa is cold even in summer. So was not much to do there. Overall I didn’t feel like stuff cared about us when we complained on the noise. The only solution was offered to us is to call police. Lol. This is not something I would like to do when coming to relax for the weekend.

The view from the hotel terrace is very beautiful. The room was clean.

Only down side was the wellness spar itself, it was great with a nice small pool to submerge in and the sauna was big enough to fit at least 8 people so plenty of room, but.. through booking it said that it was included.. it was not.. we had to pay on top of our room. Booking.com featured it in the description and apon asking at the front desk it was a no with a response of “yeah on booking they can’t put it separately” as in can’t pick to include or not. But other than that I would say the whole experience is great and well worth the visit.

Great stay and the room was nice, as expected the bed was comfy, breakfast in the morning was pretty decent with all the bells and whistles. Some things for cereal and some things for hot food.
