The sauna was without a lounger you could relax on and you could hear all the noise from the hall. The whirlpool was very weak and whirlpool seating in the pool was switched off.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The breakfasts were delightful. The hotel has pool and jacuzzi, which really helped us relax after an active day. The location of the hotel is simply perfect: nearby there are ski slopes, hiking trails, and other attractions.

Swimming pool is too cold, not pleasant cold. It is 3rd time we stay at hotel, and even in summer it is not a nice comforting feeling to go into water. Child is always stressed. Please increase temperature by at least 2 degrees. It is definitely not 29 degrees as it keeps saying.

Great, minimalistic design. Very well furnished rooms. Comfortable living conditions and nice breatfast Buffet. The localisation is very comfy as it is just on the car park next to the slopes. We have had a great time

It can be quite expensive in the high season but it is a 4 star hotel after all...

Fantastic place to stay - ski lift and ski rentals 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Gated parking just outside (we paid 8 euros per day), lovely restaurant, amazing breakfast which was included in our package, pool with jacuzzi (small and busy though, you have to pay a small fee to use it), tennis court. Overall a great place to rest and recharge after skiing.

I’d love any bar/restaurant to be open a bit longer tk spend time after skiing. Currently it closes at 10 PM during weekends.

Great place for both active and lazy types of rest. The ski lift is just in front of the hotel. Nice hotel staff. Very clean, warm, smells great) Good breakfast 👌, don't know why somebody complained about it in the comments. Everything was great 👍🏼

I was quite disappointed to find out that I had to pay for the parking fee. I thought that parking would be free at least for the hotel guests.

Breakfast was fine. To be honest I was expecting homemade pastries at the hotel like this and a bigger choice of food. Anyway, it wasn´t bad at all.

The mattresses were far too soft and paying for the parking was a bit weird. It does not seem to grant in and out access and you'll need to pay each time you drive away. It would be good if this could be explained better at check in .

The hotel is in a great location, right across the road from the year-round working ski lift which takes you uphill. Many hiking options in the immediate vicinity. The room was nice with a small balcony facing the forest. Generally, the facilities were great, the wellness area was more than sufficient and very quiet during the day. The breakfast was quite alright, whereas the dinner as part of the half pension was great.

Hotel looks a very pricy in scope of price-quality ratio (I've paid about 107 EUR per night using very big discount, full price is about 130 EUR): - No air conditioning - you have to open windows and everyone do it. As a result - hubbub through open windows. Also it is a real hot inside during hot days; - Parking is not included in the price - you'll pay additional 8 EUR per night; - Sauna is not included in welness (welness without sauna for such room price?); - Walls are too thin - speaking and TV from other rooms will be in yours as well.

- Spacious rooms with balcony; - Friendly and responsible staff: I got a discount for parking due to very temporary water issue and compensation for the minor one item mispricing between c-keeper and menu; - Hotel closely located to the cable car for exporing nerby mountains; - Easy and fast SPA access (short hallways etc.).

The pool is a little small if there are too many people . On the first day of the half board we could choose between cheese and cheese.

Nice and quiet place. We were not happy with the room and got a free upgrade which was very friendly! The rooms are spacious and modern. The beds are very good. Breakfast is nice with much variety , and they are refilling the breakfast non stop. We booked the hotel with half board. Not much choice but the food is of high quality. The location is great for walks into town or taking the cable car up the mountain

Beautifull, outstanding very modern hotel,with extremely nice people,special receptionist Bara.....room was ready at 10am.....warm pool 29C, hottube 38C. We were very pleased with our stay and definitely coming back next months. Excelent concept with bath room...see troug glass....nice concept Fridge and nice tv.
