Klara, Ondrej and especially Sac at the reception are by far the best! They were extremely helpful and tried to acommodate our needs the best way possible. The hotel was nice, clean and had a lot of options for breakfast.

Everything exceeded our expectations. This hotel is really worth the money you are paying. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is really, really good, and refills are coming instantly, nothing is missing. A special highlight was having a barista making coffee during whole breakfast on top of 3 self-serving coffee machines. The guy was super friendly and the coffee was excellent! I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel. It may be a bit far from the center, but the tram station leading to it is just in front of the hotel and you are within walking distance to Prague Castle. We didn't have enough time to visit the spa, so no comments on that. We also saw a lot of things to animate the kids.

Very clean. Lovely room and very quiet. Staff really helpful. Great bar area. Fabulous breakfast with everything you can think of and also a station to make your own sandwiches to take away for lunch etc. Pool area looked good but we didn’t use it.

We were on this trip for product training and in the span of 10days our group stayed in 6hotels. But OREA Hotel Pyramid's my favorite, they had the most decent breakfast buffet!!! 😋😋😋 savory meal, wide spread selection, etc.

The outside is looking a little bit tired which is a shame. Once inside it is very clean, modern and great facilities.

Were able to check us in early. Relaxed atmosphere. No queues at checkin. This was our 6th visit we like this hotel so much.

The pool was cold and the food in the dining room was poor

The staff took care of everything and made us feel good from the moment we arrived until we left. They took care of the baby and made her feel very good. The dining room was basic, there was not much choice, the pool was good but very cold. The room was very clean and very spacious. This hotel is very close to the center of 10 minutes by taxi. Surely if we go back to Prague it will be this hotel again

Little more expensive car parking - 185 czk per day.

Despite the hotel's lack of a neat front appearance, you will find an oasis of calm and comfort inside. Excellent breakfast, good rooms, comfortable bed. Room was quite.

Everything at this hotel is perfect the staff , room , swimming pool , location and breakfast, tram 22 (just outside the hotel) will take you to the centre , prague castle and everything you wish to visit , also it is very easy from the airport , nothing to say except we will be back one day

The hotel is in transition. A huge concrete and trespa monster that looks like Scampia ('le Vele', Gomorra) in Napoli. But inside they are renovating it luxuriously and it looks great now. By summer the works will probably be done. View on a building site and highway/tunnel.

Great and large room. Luxury hotel bed linen. Best breakfast we had in years. Nice inside pool. Great value for money. No parking problems, with tram in no time to all the historic sites.

maybe parking should be free for the hotel guests, but tis is not a minus for the hotel. It's just my opinion.

The breakfast was good and varied and the family room space is enough for 3 people. The parking has a lot of space lots and this is a big bonus for this hotel.

The carpet in the room wasn't that clean, and the shower pressure was quite weak.

Everything was perfect! Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious (many options) and the location couldn't be better. The tram station is right in front of the hotel so you can go anywhere 😊
