When you have in your booking written one big bed, but I had you single beds put together. The gap between two beds was not pleasant.

We had an enjoyable stay at OREA Hotel Pyramida Praha, but there were a couple of things that could have been improved. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our visit, and we weren’t informed about it in advance, which was a bit disappointing. However, the hotel did provide us with a discount voucher for a nearby aquapark, which turned out to be a great alternative and helped make up for the inconvenience. Additionally, while the room was comfortable, it wasn’t the most modern in terms of decor and furnishings. It didn’t impact our stay too much, as it was fine for a weekend getaway, but it may be worth considering for those seeking a more contemporary setting. Despite these small issues, we had a great time and appreciated the thoughtful gestures from the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at OREA Hotel Pyramida Praha with our family! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and even received an upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The early check-in was also much appreciated, allowing us to settle in comfortably. The breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. We also dined at the hotel restaurant for dinner, and it was a great experience – excellent food and service. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Prague. We'll definitely be back!

The TV in the room is practically useless. They do not have smart TVs, no Netflix or anyapplication. Only youtube is available but it is stuck and slow loading.

Very clean, great breakfast, comfortable room, very friendly staff ready to help at anytime. Location is also great, much better than the centre of Prague!

Ground floor active area is not accessible by lift which can be difficult for those who are not fully mobile.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the location of the hotel is very convenient to explore places in Prague. We were upgraded during our trip and staff were very nice and helpful to us during our stay. The pool and spa services were also very nice too. The food and drinks at the bar/ restaurant was also really good.

Although the breakfast area is really huge, the number of customers was higher than the available sits. Therefore to find a table we had to make rounds and rounds hoping someone stands up, and who came after us do just jump in. Not so nice show. It would be better to welcome new people at the entrance and invite them to sit when tables are free.

Staff very friendly and prepared, they made us feel very comfortable from the beginning and gave suggestions how to reach the old town. Wonderful rooms and high care for details, really in everything, from the branded shampoo to the hygiene products. Nice pool and active area.

Big parking but difficult to find a spot.

The room was very clean and tidy, ladies who cleaned it daily did an amazing job. The bathroom was very nice, the view was incredible. The staff at reception desk very polite and helpful.

The period we arrived I think was the busiest, new year. Only part affected was the elevators and that breakfast was always full and some times we had to search for a table as there was no seating. Of course not a big issue as it wasn't that hard to find a table. I think at any other time of year we wouldn't have this though.

Everything was really nice. Room was clean and had enough space. Breakfast had a rich variety and was always filled up even when we arrived near closing time. Staff was really helpful too. The location is pretty good too, there is tram stop right outside and it's a 10 minute walk to the castle.

We stayed in room 949, and the city view was spectacular—absolutely stunning.The only downside was that the rooms were a bit cold in the mornings, and we would get chilly towards dawn, but this is a minor issue compared to everything else. Thank you for everything—we will definitely come back!

During our trip to Prague, we stayed at the OREA Pyramida Hotel for three days. From the moment we entered until we checked out, we were treated wonderfully. A special thanks to Mr. Salian at the reception desk, who was incredibly helpful—it truly came from the heart. The breakfast was excellent and varied. For my spouse and me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and as Turks, we take it very seriously at home. During our European travels, we’ve never come across such a wonderful open buffet breakfast before. Don’t listen to those who say the pool is small or cold—it was sufficiently large and at a reasonable temperature. We didn’t get the chance to use the fitness center due to lack of time, but I saw it, and it was very clean and definitely suitable for use.The rooms had every type of hot beverage you could imagine, and even those like me who drink decaf coffee were considered. The soaps, shampoos, shower gels, and body lotions provided in the rooms were from the Rituals brand, which was an excellent choice. The walls were soundproof, ensuring complete privacy. A mini-fridge and a coffee machine were also available.a tram stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to reach all the tourist attractions. I also forgot to mention that the lovely Mr. Salian offered us a drink since we arrived before check-in time, and it was such a kind gesture.
