Nothing. It would help if the hosts either provided the keysafe code in advance of arrival or share WhatsApp numbers as not everyone can call a Czech mobile. We were lucky we had Czech friends who could call on our behalf.

Hosts were excellent. Really enjoyed our stay. Great value for money. Breakfasts really good. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Breakfast is optional and can be ordered upon arrival for around 170+ KCZ/€7 pp - for us seemed a bit overpriced for what you have.Scrambled egg with bacon can also be served additionally to the cold cuts.( There’s a kitchen so you can make your own dish). Perhaps more hooks in the bathroom for the towels.

By car is a perfect location, however a bit far from the train and the main bus station, approx 20minute-walk. Close to the Chateau Hruby Rohozec ,don’t miss it!, it’s about 30 minutes on foot alongside the town river Jizera through the woods. Kind,helpful owners. Nice room with complementary box, micro, fridge, kettle.

Booked late so didn’t have chance to review before arrival, was very happy on arrival, clean and comfortable room, had facilities we needed. 10 minutes from main rail station.

I expected this already when booking but just be aware that when you book a room with double bed it is 2 single beds moved together, so there is a small gap between the mattresses.

It is a nice little pension in Turnov close to the bohemian paradise. We were there for 2 nights and the rooms were lovely, with a private bathroom. The breakfast/common area of the pension is really nice and cozy and decorated with attention to detail. The owners were also really friendly and the breakfast option had all we could wish for.

We arrived at noon and no staff member was there, by chance we met someone who gave us a phone number to make contact. After we called the owners, we received a detailed explanation of what to do and everything flowed and was very convenient.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The parking lot is very large adjacent to the place. In general, the location is very convenient for going on trips in the area and there is a nice pub and an excellent restaurant a short walk away.

Fridge in the room was very noisy. In the end we switched it off at night.

The room was basic but large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big and the shower great. Very powerful shower. We decided to have the breakfast. So pleased we did as it was both delicious and massive. They provided everything from cereals and yoghurt to meat, cheese, vegetables and bread.

The surroundings around the building itself are a bit run down. But the inside is clean, refreshing and cozy. We didn't like the pillows but it's our own preference.

Room styling could be updated to become more modern.

The stay was perfect for us. The room size was comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit too small. In any case, Petr and the lady at the front desk (sorry, I didn't catch her name) were adorable! They paid close attention to our breakfast preferences and fine-tuned it to our liking in the second and third mornings. They helped us find attractions and so much more. Their hospitality was the difference that upgraded this stay from excellent to perfect. I was almost sad to leave. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I didn't find anything bothered.

Hotel has a very good location, thus it give a super starting point to reach all the attractions nearby. Also host was very kind and responses for requests quite quickly. Room and bath had enough space and all necessary equipments. As another plus, we had a free car parking next to front door of our room. Even it was center of a city, there was quite quiet.
