Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Czech RepublicI would only add a hairdryer in the room. But we asked the reception and we could have borrow it from the spa.
We love the hotel. The room was nicer than on the photos. We love the beddings, pillow was comfortable. We didnt hear anything from the hall. There is a good restaurant and with great wine. Very close to the castle and even bus stop to go to Prague/Pribram.

Very interesting location, near large park and castle. There is also a restaurant in same building, with pretty good reviews in Google, and drinks available (even for bringing to room) till 22:30. Plenty of safe car parking space. Satisfactory breakfast available for 6 eur. Accept cards.

Parking lot excellent, very nice restaurant in the building with an interesting Czech menu. Continental breakfast with home made cake and scrambled eggs and fruit. LithuaniaWe booked room yesterday evening and when received confirmation we saw that check-in time was untill 22:00. Since I knew that we wouldn't be able to come till that time, I wrote to the hoster and informed that we would arrive at midnight. The hoster didn't reply. When we came at place, the door were locked. We saw the phone number on it and tried to call hoster, but nobady answered. So we had to go to nowhere at midnight after 15 hours lasting our trip to Check Respublic. Thank you for such terrible experience! More over, I received an email from the hoster just next day arround midday by saying - sorry, check-in so late is impossible. Wow...
