The breakfast was good, not a big choice though, but tasty and both, sweet or not sweet :) The hotel is in a very convenient location for doing city sightseeing. There is a Czech restaurant just opposite the hotel, where you can get delicious meals and the prices are reasonable. We'll be back when we come to CK again.

Unclear which room you are booking, because all alternative shows pictures of all rooms. This should be solved easily.

Perfect location. Very close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. And if you don’t get the room with the balcony or the view, don’t despair because there is beautiful terrace where you can have your breakfast or just hang out.

Perfect location, one minute to main square, 10 minutes to main bus stop, staff was very friendly, liked the online check in/ou and that they gave us room much earlier. Room was beautiful and very clean

The small step in the room when is dark is a bit dangerous

we stayed at the atic with the private balcony. the room was spacious (like the bathroom!)well furnished and decorated ,the bed quality and size was very good . The view from the balcony was very good but the furnishing I think it could be a little better . overall the hotel was very clean , the breakfast had a good variety and quality, and the personal was very helpful and friendly.

there is no one at the front desk most of the time, ground floor rooms can be a little noisy once the staff starts preparing breakfast, the bed was a bit hard

We did not see anyone that worked here on the day we checked in (2:30 pm). The first employees that we saw were in the morning when we came down for breakfast. We were able to figure out things for ourselves, but we found it odd. There are bells that ring every 15 minutes throughout the night, as well as a vigorous ringing at 7:00 AM to signal the wake up for the town. This hotel is close to the church, but the town is small, so everything is close the the church.. Unfortunately, my sleep is terrible because of this, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

We traveled with three groups of family members, and had 4 separate rooms. My family of 5 was separated into two neighboring rooms on the top floor, and had a lot of space. The location is fantastic, and only a couple of minutes walk from everything in the town. There is a nice large back patio that overlooks part of the city. The breakfast in the basement is decent, though the space is tight. Also, be aware that the streets are cobblestone, and the parking lots are located just outside of the main town, so it is best to have luggage that you can carry and not roll as you walk to the hotel.

The hotel only gives you one set of keys which is very inconvenient should you split up to do things.

The hotel is well situated in the centre of the town with an excellent view of the church steeple and the castle tower. You use a code to get the keys when you arrive (in a lock box) and then let yourself in. The rooms are quite nice. Breakfast is very good and the overall stay was lovely - we will go back again.

Cutlery at breakfast dirty, ketchup expired, bad taste, vegetable and bread was not filled up when empty, matrace wider than the bed it does not fit into the bed, walls and bathroom old, could not be cleaned anymore.

Nice decoration, nice colors, unproblematic and fast check in.

I wish it was staffed 24/7 , or at least in the evening and has lights when you enter.

When I walked into the hotel, i was greeted by a pitch black room, dead silent, empty with a creaking stair case in the dark. It literally felt like a place from a horror movie. I found the stair lights which were dim and then went up two flights to the end of the hall to find my room. It was silent, dark, and did not feel safe. I thought this was a hotel since it was advertised as such. I recommend if you are a solo traveler to stay elsewhere.
