Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

UkraineThe downside is that there was a hairdryer in our room, but it didn't actually work, so the hotel staff needs to change the information about the availability of a hairdryer or replace it with a new one. Although we didn't need it personally, the presence of a hairdryer can be very important for other people. I would also note that for some reason there are only two glasses in the room for four people and if we did not have our own, it would not be convenient and we would probably have to ask the administration for additional ones.
My friends and I rented one room for four people and it was a good option in terms of price and quality. The room was clean, clean linen. Also, our room had a separate shower from the toilet and it was very convenient for a group of people. The hotel itself has friendly staff. Also on the plus side, I note that there was a small pool and a sauna included in the price, but it is very small so it is difficult to get to the pool when there are not many people to make it more comfortable, but still it is a plus. Also, the hotel has recreation areas, there is a kettle, books, board games, a billiard table.

United KingdomPleasantly surprised on the size of the room, there were two singles pushed together and bunk beds, we were only two people. The rooms were clean and functional. We tried the pool which was freezing, even a local came in with his wet suit on. However we used the sauna and pool table. We didn’t use the restaurant but it was near lots of great places to eat, I recommend Vnitroblock which was a 10 min walk and Home which was 5 mins. Travelling in Prague is a pleasure we got a 3 day pass and jumped on and off the trams easily. Obviously there were lots of youngsters being a hostel but there were other families and travellers from all over. The staff were super friendly, spoke English and very helpful. So glad we stayed here, definitely good value for money.

Trinidad and TobagoSome of the cleaning staff and maintenance workers did not say hello, Good morning or offer any greeting.
The hostel is huge, clean and has a positive vibe. It has a pool, sauna, and gym. Also, there is a table tennis board. The beds are comfortable. I quite liked the neighbourhood as well.

KenyaThe hostel is simply worth every penny they charge. The bunk beds are set up in a way that they provide privacy. The facilities are just excellent including swimming pool and Sauna. The place was super clean complete with snow white bed sheets and blankets. Location was perfect for my stay as the Prague Marathon start and finish points were just a 7minute walk away. Connectivty is good with Tram and bus stops 3 minutes away by foot. The color coding of the huge facility gives the place life and it's also in a quiet environment. The staff are fast at check inn and explain all details clearly. The bathroom and toilet are also separate, amazing stuff, this is not a hostel but a low budget hotel. Simply amazing value for money.

FinlandWe stayed 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel is not too far from city center, around 20 min by tram. The room was spacious and we had basic amenities (towels, soap) during the stay. You can borrow hairdryer, iron from reception if needed. However, we could hear people knocking on the door in the hallway since the wall is quite thin. In general, this hotel is good for travellers who want to travel in budget with quite good location and good connection to city center. There are many mini markets and good coffee shop/ bistro around.

CroatiaThe staff was very polite and kind. Our room was very big and it included two bathrooms which I think was nice and convenient. The hostel had a pool, sauna and a gym. It isn't in the centre of Prague, but it doesn't matter much because the tram stations are close and everything is well connected. I think that this hostel is a great option if you're going with your friends since it's good value for money.

United KingdomThe pool had only cold water, so it can be used only to cool down after the sauna. A kettle would be nice if it was in the room.
