Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room was extra small, bathroom separated in 2: shower on the left side of the room and toilet on the right, felt a bit weird. No toiletries just a small towel. Barely had furniture ( mini wardrobe and a desk), no side table, no carpet, no nothing . Looked like an empty room with a bed in it.
Small room situated 5 minutes walk from tram station and 20 minutes from city center by tram. Okay for one-two nights in the city.

Lack of kitchen space for multi occupancy room. But fully understand due to the size of the property, to maintain good hygiene and health and safety. But access to microwave kettle and control behind the counter fridge Lack of privacy curtains in dorms. Which has now become a thing.

I didn't fit the bed as I'm 190cm, which was a little annoying. My friend also had a bad night, because of noises from other guests

Well pool was not heating and the water must be around 20°C . Also Sauna wan not really warm...

- Super badly maintained Hotel - Mould smells everywhere - No soap for toilet hygiene -They are so incompetent they won't tell you need a lock for the locker so bring your own. - It is not a hostel but rather a cheap hotel as you can see from the complaints from people who should have gone to a proper hotel (such as families with kids) annoyed at the independent travelers. - I saw many school trips students with teachers, couples and families. - Hard to make friendship in an environment like that you are travelling to connect and not just boring holidays. - Staff mostly super cold and rude. - Far from city tram takes 25 minutes - Not worthy, better take something more expensive and real Hostel near the city center.

Just a little bit far from City Center but that was easy to take a tram or bus.
Everything was great. The recepcionists helped me so much even though that was my first time going abroad and didnt have that much experience about communicating people. Hostel was so clean, safe. I will stay here if i come Prague again.

The location is far from city center around 20mins. In the rooms there's no soap , lockers don't have key you have to buy for 2eur or bring your own. The beds don't have curtains and some of them don't have a socket. Beds were old and making noise. When I was reserving it said breakfast included but when I asked reception they told me I have to pay for it.
8 beds room was like 2 rooms with 4 beds and each room have their own toilet/shower . Inside of the hostel was nice . It was quiet during the night.

There's no hair dryer in the room, and when I asked the receptionist to borrow one, she just asked me to use the one in the basement next to the pool, and the gym requires an extra fee, the pool is tiny and cold, the wet sauna is not warm and pretty small, overall the equipments are not so promising.

Heaters didn't work everytime! But the extra blankets were provided on request..!
Price, staff is helpful, facilities like life, and other imp things avaliable, cleanliness is very good! I also placed a special request of a bday card in room and it was fulfilled!!! Thanks alot to the staff for that! 😃

However, it is lacking in a lot of things. First of all, the hostel doesn’t have a kitchen, just one microwave and a kettle for the whole hostel, but no cutlery or plates that you could use. Furthermore, the hostel advertises a pool, which indeed is there, but so cold, that it would have to be +30C outside to use it. It also lack proper sound proving. With school classes staying at the hostel, it was constantly audible, even from rooms above or below them.
It is a very clean Hostel. The room had two bathrooms and the staff was really friendly and nice.
