We were excited to use the pool but the water was definitely way too cold. Maybe it’s a personal preference, but it would have been great to level up the temperature a bit. Also the entire facility would have absolutely benefited from a kitchen area to cook one’s own meals, having just a microwave and a kettle and having to borrow it from the reception every time you want to prepare something is a bit tiresome. Otherwise, totally nothing to complain about!

The room was very spacious (we had a double room but there were four beds in total), with big wardrobes to store things in, and everything was cleaned for our arrival. The beds were tidied up and the trash taken out while we were roaming around the city the second day, which I also really appreciated. The location is very nice, close to shops and tram stops that take you to the city centre in a short amount of time. Definitely a place to return to when I travel to Prague again!

The accommodation was very close to the city center. It was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed it. They were very nice without exaggeration and helpful when needed. Everything is as described. This is what we actually found there. I thank them for their kind treatment ❤️

The swimming pool although it's freezing when you go in the sauna heats you back up lol...also enjoyed playing pool in the lounge area.

We did not get the room we booked. Granted, the room was bigger and only for us, but instead of a doublebed there were two singlebeds put together, which is very uncomfortable and annoying if you sleep with a partner. Id say getting the room you book should be the bare minimum!

- Clean and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms - Reception staff were friendly and helpful - Not exactly centrally located, but Nádraží Holešovice metro is easily accessible via tram or an 8-10 minute walk - The lockers in the rooms are spacious, with room to hang large coats, or carry on size luggage. BYO padlock - Free sauna and pool (only during specified hours), which were clean and operational. The pool is a bit cold though - Laundry facilities are conveniently available in the basement, and are quite cheap compared to nearby laundromats (though not sure if 200 kr for wash and dry is standard for Prague) - Currency conversion - while not at the most favourable rate - is available in case you need cash for the laundry - They seem to spread out their room allocation in such a way that my 8 bed dorm (split into 2 rooms of 4) had only 2 people in it on both nights, which was really nice. To be fair I stayed here in the middle of winter, this may be different during peak periods

Basically everything, poor receptionists attitude, we book the hotel thinking we would had enjoyed the swimming pool and instead water was freezing, breakfast was just horrible, coffee undrinkable and even there the waitresses attention was quite rude, then, I booked 4 nights and 3 of them the heating didn't work and the hotel excuse was that the problem was outside but the reception area was always warm, last but not least in the room there was nothing where to hang your stuff, nothing in the bathroom as well as in the bedroom area

The location is 30 minutes away from the city centre by tram. But, there are also trams running from centre to the stop near the dormitory throughout the night so it was easy to reach the dormitory by public transport .

The place has a free pool and spa facility for all residents. The hostel was clean and tidy.

It’s not that close to the city center BUT with the trams and all it’s not much of an issue.

This place is insane. Ideal for travelers on the younger side looking to save some money. Clean, cool and the staff are super friendly. If I’m ever in Prague again I’ll stay at Plus Hostel.

I booked this place cause I was looking for a place with luggage room. They don't have luggage room, they have a free service for thieves where anyone can come in and out and take whatever they want. They said it's fine cause the police station is in front of the hostel, cause of course, I wanna spend my holidays in a police station. The way the staff said it made me realise that they are used to it and don't care about they guests. If I would have known that they didn't have a luggage room, I would have just booked in another place or left my bag at a locker in the station. Didn't have time to go back to the station cause had things booked and planned, and had to spend the day carrying a heavy bag around Prague. My back finished totally destroyed and in pain. On the other side, the bed bunks are totally unstable, they move a lot and u will wake up each time that the person that is up simple move or goes to the bathroom. Mattresses are very old, completely sunk, which screwed up even more. Got bitten by bed bugs, even on my face!!! Thanks God I only spent here one night, I totally don't recommend this place.

lot of noise, our room was beside to the lift and restroom on ground floor, so all the time during the night we woke up with people speaking or hit the toilet door. toilet was smelly dirty and pillows and mattress really old.

The room wasn’t clean enough. The shower was rusty, toilet paper touching the floor and the mattresses were beyond awful. Hot water and heating weren’t always available.

Unfortunately our clothes were stolen on the laundry, but that's not even the worse part. 70 euros of clothes disappearing looks bad, but what really killed us (me and my friends who were sharing the same laundry) was the way the "receptionist" treated us when we wanted help, cameras, anything we could get. That asiatic guy whose name I can't remember (works there for 1 year already) nonchalantly pointed us to a police station which was closed, then said he was too busy to deal with it, and at no moment he showed any minimum concern for the situation and basically shrugged us off. The guy who was supposed to help was simply mocking us. Clown!

The hostel was clean enough, the rooms were really fine, location wasn't that bad (one tram to the center during 15 min).
