We were lucky and got a family room with plenty of space everything was brilliant, clean and well handled.

It was quite far from the center, in a odd neighborhood. Things were not quite like the photos. The pool was extremely dirty with a green layer on the bottom... nasty When I tried speaking to the staff, they kept asking me to wait on the side and passing other people in front of me. As if they were doing me a favor to check me out, so rude. Toilet in the room was dirty and had no toilet paper.

Some guests were gross, like next level dirty, but that is just bad luck, not the hostels fault. It's also a big hostel with a lot of people coming and going.

All great. Location well located so it was easy to take tram to the centre. Nice sauna and pool. Nice room.

Unfortunately, because of the repairs, we were without warm water for a day and a half. Also, the pool was not in a clean and healthy condition for using it.

The staff was friendly and helpful, I particularly liked the reception staff. eventually after repairs the temperature was warm enough for cold nights.

I didn't like the fact one day there was no warm water in the shower. Moreover you had to buy yourself a pad lock if you wanted to keep your things closed in lockers. Some guest there were really cool, friendly and well behaved, others were loud and irritating, but I guess that's what you get when you choose cheaper options.

The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and I felt safe there, even though I'm a solo traveler. Rooms were quite clean and the hostel was close to tram stop.

Room wasn't particularly clean, we've had an ugly and clogged drain in the bathroom, door frames were roughed up and there was a shred of mold in the shower.

For what it is in its price range, it's fairly okay and wasn't even particularly loud. Nice staff, spacious and warm room, even had some unexpectedly nice towels and a comfy bed.

It's depressing. After taking the tram and walking 3 minutes (or the bus during the night and walking 6 or 7 minutes), you find that building with a police station next to it. No atmosphere. Nothing to do over there but go to the city center. In my opinion that isn't worth it. Bring your small padlock for the locker (they don't borrow/sell them). Renting a towel is 50 cz (2 euros).

There are not any tools for kitchen (spoon, fork, bowl or something like that) -staff also suplies these items but not useful.

We can get to the city center with a public transportation (5-10min), staff were helpful.

Location is far away a little bit from center. This is not problem, tram 6 is solve of this problem 😁

Really, I can say that this hostel is clean, friendly staff and so casual. Swimming pool and Sauna is the best feature for chosing this hostel

My roomates were not clean at all and that disturbed the whole stay. But the whole hostel is perfect, you have to walk to tram or train station and you are almost in city center. If you are a girl get female dormitory.
