We booked 4-Bed room, arrived at night 24:00 o’clock, apparently the 4-Bed room was reserved and outbooked, so we paid for that more and they put us in 8-Bed room, when we asked about refund next day, the said that there was no chance to refund, either we had to leave or stay in 8-Bed room

For a parking place you have to pay extra. No water cooker in the room and the restaurant is only open from 7 to 10 am, so to make a cup of tea you need to use the water cooker in the lobby

The room was shabby but clean. It was also quiet during the night. Swimming pool is obviously a plus.

Location is suberb and is main reason to pick this accomodation. Everythnig else was as you would expect from hostel. Nothing to fancy but still OK.

It was horrible. We checked out 20 mins after arriving and clearly this is the norm as no further questions were asked and no follow up as to why we left after twenty minutes. It was so unsafe and so so filthy. Literally the worst place I’ve ever seen. Hell on earth. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. So so disappointed. The place was disgusting! Never again

Inside the hostel is quiet during the night, but in front on the hotel every night a group of people gathered in the middle of the street and started singining at 4am. Windows didn't made any difference. I can understand, you're young, you need to party but you can do it in the nearby park not in the middle of the street or the hostel to offer a location were the people can go and party. Also during the night you can hear the people that go in front of the hostel door for smoking, also they are very loud. Very warm in the room, there is a cell fan but it makes noise, and can't be used during the night. Luckily for us during after the first day the weather changed and it was OK. Beds are quite used (the mattress) If you want to rest during the night I suggest to search for something else.

Close to the public transport, cheap, daily cleaning, friendly staff. Private room. Private bathroom (shower and toilet separated but in the same room).

The room was quiet big. the beds are good and comfortable but the bedsheets weren't clean properly. Also the same situation for toilet. there was not any table at the room.

There were enough space and two extra the room equipment's were nice and clean. hotel has lovely and nice lobby to hanging out with your friends with billiard table

steps to get up to reception not great if you’re carrying luggage or disabled, one sauna not working, pool too cold strange smell in 3rd floor corridor, only one lift and being on the third floor sometimes you could be waiting a while, walls are thin and you can hear everything

The shower is a bit small and didn't have a window.

I arrived in Plus Prague quite late in the evening, around 10 PM, but was nevertheless greeted cheerfully. The check-in process was quick. The 8-bed room has a nice layout that separates beds from each other and gives enough of privacy from others. Bed was comfortable, water in the shower hot enough, there's a couple of small tables in the room if you need some space for a notebook or laptop.

The rooms are okay but the overall appearance of the facility, its interior and surroundings was below what I expected.

No chairs and table in the room. Wardrobe not practical, too few desks and hangers (1&1 😒 ). Shower too high for handicaped ppl.

Actually I did not use the public facilities inside the building but they had a lot to offer and they looked nice. Room was simple and met my expectations (there were enough beds 😄 ) unfortunately no chairs or table in there. Though there were quite a lot of younger visitors it was quite quiet. The location is close to the tram and metro, so one can get to the old town fast and easily. Supermarkets, etc. also close if you need something. Price is great.

The beds weren't so comfortable. Also the noise of the other customers outside the building was very bad as we were travelling with kids. Not exactly great experience for them as they were worried and scared - drunk people outside. The swimming pool could be a bit shallower for smaller kids.

The facilities were good. Great value for money.

We asked could the hostel call a taxi for us to go to the bus station and they would not saying they could only call taxis for the airport.

The location of this hostel is quite far from the centre of Prague in a quiet residential area with not a lot of amenities surrounding it. The fact the bar and Restraunt only open for breakfast was also disappointing considering the remoteness of the hostel. There was a charge to use the pool and the gym, this is in comparison to the free pool and gym access in the plus hostel I stayed in in Florence.
