The breakfast could be a little better and the pool was not a salt water pool as claimed and closed for two days.

The room wasn't cleaned once for the duration of my stay (5 nights). There were crumbs by my bed when I arrived and they were there when I left. The staff only emptied the trash cans.

Too small dormitory bedroom, only one little table and one chair for four people. One microwave oven for a whole ground floor. Towel not included in bed linen.

I like a big clean toilet and shower (one block for 4 people), little fridge and table for food are in a dormitory room. The swimming pool exceeded all my expectations. I enjoyed the cozy light hall and friendly staff. Building in a quiet district but very close to supermarkets and transport (metro, train and tram).

The bathroom didn't have liquid or any soaps. You needed to ask for and you would get a small soap. The bathroom could be cleaner.

They didn’t provide any towel. You have to rent a towel with 2 euro. It’s not good.

There was a locker for the guest free of cost, where one can keep their baggage even after checked-out. They have also celling fan in the room.

15 min by tram to the Old city

The hostel is very good, and everyone agrees that it’s suitable for a 3-day stay. However, the gym should be accessible to all guests, as I was unable to use it. The facilities are good, and the staff are friendly—especially Tate and Fola, who were very supportive and kind. One suggestion for improvement would be to add a large refrigerator, as the current small one is insufficient for such a large hostel. The activities are amazing, and the swimming pool is excellent. However, please note that the old city and Charles Bridge are about 15 minutes away by tram, so if you prefer to stay within the old city, this location might not be ideal.

The room was really hot. It was really hard to sleep at night. There were some ceiling fans but they didn't do much and neither did the open window. There were ACes at the communal areas which was nice. The breakfast was pretty basic, I kinda wished for some fruits but it was better than nothing.

The hostel was big but decorated cozy. The rooms were big too. There seemed to be a lot in the hostel: pool, pool table, breakfast, laundry etc. The staff was nice and I could leave my luggage in before my check-in. The bed was comfortable but the pillow was a bit flat. The hostel was close to public transport and the neighborhood seemed nice.

They closed the pool early for maintenance even though the signs said the day after and I had asked the day before if it would be open to which they said yes. So I didn't get to use the pool facilities which was one of the reasons I booked this hostel.

I’ve stayed twice in this hostel. The hostel is huge with lots & lots of visitors. Staff members are working hard, yet aren’t really friendly. Facilities are fine. Location is fine, Florenc is nearby. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys comfortable mattresses, busy environments and a pool, sauna & fitness centre.

The room, while clean, was not maintained well (the planks of my bed were misaligned and broken, there were marks on the floor, the shower was corroded et cetera), the breakfast had to be bought separately and when I walked in the restaurant, the selection was quite poor (no egg dish for example).

The reception was staffed nonstop and they were always willing to open the luggage locker for me. My room was decently sized and was stocked up with all the necessary amenities (soap, cups, toilet paper, towels...). The ceiling fan was a must have in the summer. I didn't use the pool, but it was nice that they had it.

The breakfast was lacking variety, but there were other choices nearby.

The people that work here are so polite & ready to assist you with whatever you need. There is a pool & a spa included in the price. There is a common room to socialize and a reastaurant for breakfast (you pay in that case). The room was spacious with lockers & big bathroom. The 8-bed room was actually 2 4-beds room that you can just enter from the same door (we even had 2 separate bathrooms). Even though is not located in the centre, with the public transpirtation you can reach it easily in less than an hour.
