Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Czech RepublicI didn't like, that every move or noise from the hallways was really easy to hear, but fortunately there weren't any really loud groups.

Czech RepublicThis is a nice butique hitel with very friendly and attentive staff, excellent good food and wine and comfortable beds. It is only few minutes walk to Medvědín parking where you can take the bus or the chairlift. We wanted a quiet place for family vacations outside of the center of Špindlerův Mlýn to be used as starting place for our daily hikes and this worked out very well!

Polandeverything was perfect!
It was my second time in Hotel pod Jasany and not the last one. Hotel is located on a hill with breathtaking view to the mountains. It is quiet and perfect to relax. Rooms are very cosy and clean. Staff very nice and helpful - all of them, receptionist, waiters, cleaning lady deserve the best scores. But the best is restaurant - Michelin stars meals. We very walking so fast from the mountain trip to not miss our supper. Everything was spot on and thank you Hotel pod Jasany for this memorable stay!

Czech RepublicNothing to report.
This is a very well situated family run hotel with good facilities and very helpful friendly staff. The rooms are good sized with bathrooms. Le Petit Gourmand restaurant serves delicious dishes with a marvelous view and outdoor terrace invites for a glass of vintage champagne in the sun. Overall I would highly recommend for a stay.

United KingdomThere was no kettle & cups in the room (only wine glasses). On request, I got a kettle from the reception, which was very nice. This was super useful for me as I love drinking tea and hot water in the morning and before going to bed...and also after my hikes, ... so to me, an electric kettle in hotel rooms is a necessity 🙂.
I don't usually book all-inclusive stays as I prefer self-catering, but this was the best experience I could wish for. Breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner were all included in my room rate, all of which were super delicious and vegetarian-friendly. This was no buffet experience. The evening meals were a lá carte and served by a waiter. And all the meals were really delicious. Absolutely worth it. I was even making use of the afternoon snack, following my mountain hikes, which I initially didn't think I would do, but the closest supermarket was a 1km away, and so it was convenient to be able to eat at the hotel without worrying about shopping for food. Not being located in the very centre of the town was actually important to me as I wanted to be very close to the various mountain trails, and I definitely was!! I also wanted to avoid the bustle of the town centre. The room itself was very comfortable. Dual aspect windows made it quite special. It was quiet and peaceful. I'd easily stay there again. The staff are very friendly and communicate in German, English, Polish and Czech, of course.

IsraelOur stay at the hotel in Splindleruv Mlyn was nothing short of exceptional. As two families with children, we found ourselves enveloped in warmth and hospitality from the moment we arrived (Once again, thank you for the wonderful dinner you provided in our room, as we arrived late at night). The staff’s friendliness made us feel instantly at home. The rooms, adorned in Czech old-style charm, were not only immaculately clean but also incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy haven after adventurous days of skiing. The private spa was a delightful retreat, and the massages were truly rejuvenating. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the culinary experience. From the sumptuous breakfast spreads to the mouthwatering dinners blending French and Czech flavors, every meal was a gastronomic delight. The local wines perfectly complemented the exquisite dishes, making dining a memorable affair. The hotel’s amenities catered to every member of our group. The billiard and chess room provided hours of entertainment for adults, while the infant room ensured the little ones were well taken care of. Additionally, the serene location near the forest offered breathtaking views of the Medvedin mountain, providing easy access to hiking trails in the summer and ski lifts in the winter. Convenience was key during our stay, with the bus stop and ticket booth for the sledge slide conveniently located nearby. The seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty left us longing to return.

NetherlandsNothing. Everything about this hotel was perfect.
Excellent value for money. Super accommodation with views of the ski lift and surrounding country side. For those coming for winter sports, the ski lift is an easy 7 min walk down the hill. Food There was a lot of choice for breakfast every morning- vegan and vegetarians will be happy- and the coffee was plentiful. The staff was happy and accommodating. Dinner was wonderful, the sort of dinner you'd experience at a fancier Prague establishment... and the wine list! OMG the wine list was impressive!!! And certainly rivaled high end restaurants in any city. Hotel I can also recommend the spa which was delightful and 90 minutes for the price was a steal. Our bedroom was comfortable and had many of the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Water pressure was excellent and there was plenty of storage space for our winter weather gear (there is also a "gear area" in the hotel where you can store skis, etc) There is no question that when we are back in the summer we will be staying here.

Czech RepublicIt is very difficult to find anything bad on this accommodation. Maybe the only "negative" thing was that the floor in wellness is too slippery. Which is still doable for adults, but very dangerous for kids. Anti-slip foam pads would be very welcomed.
Exceptional hotel restaurant - excellent meals with good wine, good kid's menu, full continental breakfast board with warm meals. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We travelled with a kid and we were very happy that there was a full size bathtub in the bathroom. Staff very very friendly and always smiled.

DenmarkWe loved our 3 day stay at this hotel. It was far more than it's 3 star rating. The surroundings were beautiful. The room was comfortable, quiet and cozy. We ate our gourmet dinner in the dining room with a fireplace, with super friendly service and fantastic food and wine. Super breakfast and even an afternoon serving of soup. We also enjoyed the private sauna. I can highly recommend this hotel, we will certainly return. It will easily become our favorite weekend getaway spot.
