No complaints at all, everything was perfect!

The views were stunning. Staff was welcoming, extremely kind and all around amazing! One of the best hotels and city, that I’ve ever stayed in. Hoping to return one day to Prague and would absolutely pick Hotel Questenberg with no question!

Room was not the same as shown on the pictures (size, brightness) at booking.com and rather small and a bit gloomy. However, after requesting it, the room was upgraded to a bigger and better illuminated room

Location is excellent, basically in the very historical and governmental district in Prague. At the same time there is a huge park that is very safe even during the night. I especially appreciate the quietness of the room, in combination with comfortable beds, this place was fabulous to get a recharging sleep. Breakfast is a'la cart, very nice choices such as eggs Benedict and French toasts.

There was still small amounts of pet hair that clung to my clothes

Customer service was the best I’ve ever had. From check in to check out, we felt so pampered. They even helped book us a local massage where you have the option of the massage therapists come to your room.

Nothing - everything was great! It was, perhaps, very slippery to get to the hotel up and down the roads in the snow, but the hotel has zero control over that.

Fabulous stay in a warm, beautiful hotel up in the hilly side of Prague. A short walk to the Charles Bridge and plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The beds in particular were extremely comfortable and we loved the view from the windows.

The only downside was the bed, it was a very hard mattress, but that's down to personal choice and no fault of the hotel

This hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing and can't do enough, the view over a snowy Prague at breakfast was everything we hoped, totally recommend.

No restaurant on the premesis can make it difficult to find food around when arriving late. Otherwise nothing really of note.

The hotel was lovely and all the staff were fantastic. The views from the breakfast area are as fantastic as the photos make out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel was also spotless.

The bathroom was rather cold in winter

Cosy bedroom and comfortable bed. They have very helpful and friendly staff who provided very helpful information on how to go to Old town square. In addition, they also shared great apps on map, taxi and food delivery. Very appreciative to the front desk staff who have served us during our stay. He have also offered to carry out luggage to front desk from entrance.

Everything was fantastic! The location was incredible as I could just walk round the corner to the castle or downhill into the old town. The staff were so kind and helpful they were amazing, thank you Peter for the tour and amazing check in experience with free welcome drink. I can't wait to return it was such a relaxing stay.
