Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is ok, just a 10 minute walk from the metro and tram. Overall really nice stay.

Wifi was around 5Mb/s = usable for basic browsing, struggling with video calls and forget about gaming. Another thing is lack of soundproofing within the building. Funnily enough railway outside was not an issue. Outside soundproofing was good. You can simply hear people going about their lives in other apartments but nothing a pair of headphones can’t block. Tip for owner - get soft tips for the chair legs.
Simple but effective. Self check-in worked without issues. I have exchanged max 10 words with the receptionist during my whole trip which is the way I prefer it.

I am 6ft 2 and the length of the bed is just not my size.

I particularly liked the cleanliness of the apartment and the position of the residence, about 6 minutes on foot from the closest tram and metro station. Supermarket available nearby. We had a very pleasant stay.

The kitchen is fine, there is no oven and coffee machine. A bedroom with 2 single beds and there is no television in the bedroom. The toilet is very small, barely enough room for a single person, it's probably not possible to shower as a couple. The heating stops at night so we went to sleep in a warm room and woke up in the middle of the night cold and had to cover up well. location is out of the tourist sown.

Apartment could be better maintained- chairs (4 out of 6) at the kitchen table had broken back of the chair so we couldn't lean. The wall on the hallway next to bathroom had water damage, one wardrobe had a hole in the wardrobe door, 1 ceiling light in the kitchen was not working. The building itself, although appears very new, is not a quality construction- lots of minor cracks on the walls visible in the apartment.
Prague City Residence is located near city center- from the building there is 5-7 min walk to the metro and tram stations and then approximately 10 min by metro (entry station: Invalidovna) to Namesti Republiky. Next to metro and tram stations is also grocery store. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates and utensils. It was clean, lots of natural light. Building has an elevator. Parking during the weekend is free of charge in the parking in front of the building (plenty of space), during the week they are able to provide a garage for 15 eur per day. In general, we were happy with the stay.

The main drawbacks are the location—it’s far from the city center, requiring transportation to get there. There are no nearby shops or supermarkets for basic supplies, and the parking is paid. Additionally, the area around the hotel offers nothing of interest, just typical residential scenery.
A modern and clean hotel located in a quiet area. The internet connection was fast, and the staff provided clear instructions for accessing the room after hours. However, figuring out how to access the hotel parking was a bit confusing.

The view is disappointing, and the TV is non-smart, making it inconvenient for international guests who don’t understand Czech. Additionally, the studio lacks character and feels bland, missing any personal or inviting touches.
The property is exceptionally clean and well-equipped, offering all necessary utilities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and more. It provides easy access to both tram and metro stations, features a convenient elevator, and includes a remote-controlled garage for added convenience.

Sound isolation is not that good, so you can hear the neighbours. And it’s too warm in the apartments, we even switched off all the heating but it didn’t help.
It’s quite spacious in the apartments. And you have a big kitchen there.
