Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was on a right place. Comfortable bed and enough space in the room. The food was fresh and tasty. The girls on the receptions area were always open for support by suggesting local things.

The massage we booked through the hotel was not great, found it quite hard and the therapist was not responding to the feedback when she was asked. She appeared quite rude although suspect that partly due to the language barrier.
Friendly staff, simple but lovely breakfast and very comfortable room thank you.

Located a few minutes walk from the town center. Comfortable parking. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast with gluten free variety. Dinner was very nice. View of the town and the beautiful avenue that leads to the center.

The only thing that should be improved is the restaurant menu: a bit meagre.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better
We had a spacious room with a comfortable bed ,and everything you might need in a hotel room. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection, especially on a Sunday morning

We got a huge, clean and beautiful room. Toilet separate from the shower, there was both a shower and a bathtub. There were towels, a bathrobe, soaps for children and adults, all kinds of little things for the shower. Mini bar, coffee machine. good breakfast The restaurant was good and there is a big place where kids can play and it's really nice to sit there. Perfect place, thank you very much.

The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from Jicin's town center. Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and professional. We got a very nice room on a high floor where we had nice views of the surrounding. The room was very clean and spacious.

The breakfast was beyond our expectation. The room is equipped with a nespresso machine which is a another good thing. The air-condition unit is strong and silent enough. The shower has half-sized glass, without a door. I dont like this design because water splashes out of shower area but this glass was long enough to minimize splashes.

The rooms are air-conditioned, parking is free, the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The hotel’s restaurant also offers excellent dinner menu. Gym is well equipped. There is an option for a pool next by but wasn’t relevant for us.

When choking in, we were greeted by a trainee that we felt was not sufficiently trained nor service oriented. This started when trying to resolve a booking issue, and continues when we asked for restaurant recommendations (one was recommended only to leave out the fact that the kitchen closes early). When we enquired about the pool, major details,such as the specific bathing suite requirements, were left out. In short, the service we experienced was well below the rest of the hotel's standard.
The rooms were very nice, comfortable, roomy, and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, and breakfast staff were also great. The hotel"s location was great and central. Dinner at the restaurant is also highly recommended. .

I can hardly find anything....
Location - many places close by to just walk, many attractions close by (easy driving). Great restaurant - the best stake I ever had !! Very friendly staff. Easy and free parking.

Parking fee (300 CZK/day) seems a bit expensive.
The staff always patient and willing to help - much appreciated when travelling with children. High standard, really keeping up to full 4 stars.
