Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsI love the apartments!
It's perfectly located on Kampa at the edge of Moldau river. You're surrounded by everything you wish to see in Prague. I'm travelling with my whippet so this is perfect with Petrin just across the street and Kampa park next to the apartment.

United StatesOne thing to note is that the reception isn’t staffed 24/7, with limited hours from Thursday to Sunday. This wasn’t an issue for us, but some might find it an issue if they need assistance outside of those times.
The location was excellent with easy access to everything. It was a quiet neighborhood, which was exactly what we wanted. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

AustriaEverything was fine. You need to ne aware you are walking rather steep stairs up to your apartment. The bed was comfortable but somehow we both ended up with a bit of back pain.
A beautiful suite on Kampa Island. The apartment is large, the bathroom is very well equipped. 1 Minute walk to Charles Bridge. Staff was friendly and helpful.

ItalyMy review is related to the sister property Hotel Klarov. Due to technical issues at Dvorak Hotel, our booking has been changed to Hotel Klarov and we were not disappointed about this solution: the hotel is great with huge rooms, in a good and very quiet location just outside the busy city centre at a 10 minutes walk from Charles Bridge and the Castle. The breakfast is great. A special thanks to the guy who welcomed us at check-in in a very professional manner, providing us with all the necessary information.

BelgiumSome of the staff were not so friendly but that seemed to be normal for Prague. We came across a lot of people in shops and restaurants that were not really friendly. Unfortunately there was not enough communication about checkout. We were left alone in an empty Hotel not knowing there would not be breakfast because they were closed on Monday. They did not answer the phone but I did get a message a few hours after I mailed them asking them about check out. But as l said, l would definitely choose this hotel again next time.
The hotel was at a postcard location, very near the bridge and the cozy streets. The room was very beautiful and had everything that we needed. The bistro had wonderful food. The room was not cleaned during our stay. For us that is not important but maybe it is for other people. I would definitely go back to this hotel next time.

GermanyNot a negative but guests should know they need to request more water and coffee in the room, as it is not refreshed daily.
Great place in a dream location. We are so happy we stayed at the Dvorak in Mala Strana - everything easily reachable by foot, including Old Town. Fantastic restaurants and shops right in the neighborhood. Beautiful architecture, quite romantic. Check in was super quick and easy, and the restaurant offers a delightful breakfast.

United StatesWe arrived on the weekend, and the streets were packed. These are cobblestone streets, and from the tram location, it was a good 10-15 minute walk to the entrance. And there were so many people that we were shoulder to shoulder pushing through the crowd to get to our hotel. Also, the entrance is through a restaurant. That should be clarified because GPS took us to the side entrance (which is where you need to go through during off hours of the restaurant).
It was an amazing location. Super quiet and calm during the weekday. So accessible to a lot of things like restaurants and bus/tram stops, as well as the iconic Charles Bridge. We loved the place and will definitely be back.

NetherlandsOn Monday and every evening there is no one at the desk, making the experience a bit impersonal.
I loved the room, it provided a very comfortable stay. It is situated at an oddly calm square between the Charles Bridge and Kampa park, making breakfast there a nice experience before going to explore the city.

United KingdomWhen you arrive late at night the hotel is not very visible. You cannot go there by UBER because it is in the old town and you can only book local taxis. Most of the old buildings in Prague do not have a lift so my advice would be not to take a heavy suitcase with you, especially in the old town where the roads are made from stone bricks with a lot of uneven surfaces. The menu was limited for lunch but the snacks and light food were good.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was very comfortable, with excellent blackout curtains that ensured a good night's sleep. The fan provided was perfect for keeping the room cool during the summer. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the two bottles of water and the nice espresso, which added to the comfort of the stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience even better. I would definitely consider staying here again!

United StatesVery steep stairs to our bedroom to drag our luggage. We only had to do it once so not really that big of a deal.
Great communication with staff. The residence is smack in the historic center of Prague, just steps away from Charles Bridge.

United StatesCould be noisy sometimes at night - we left the windows open at night for cool air (don’t think there was AC) so sometimes could hear people out on street.
Amazing location right by Charles Bridge entrance, able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Great bright clean rooms including updated bathrooms, nice staff with the tasty and extremely convenient Bohemian Bistro downstairs. We did arrive and leave when the staff were around so check-in and check-out was easy.

United StatesThe only thing negative was the smell of garbage in the hallways and stairwells during the off hours/off days during our stay, probably from the restaurant section.
Incredible location in my favorite part of Prague. I liked that Residence Dvorak is a small, boutique type property that feels personal to me. The staff was helpful, friendly, but also allowed us our privacy. The room is large in size, appealing, clean and comfortable and has the feel of a small apartment. Also we love the outer views of the Na Kampe and the Charles Bridge from the upper floor widows, and the bathroom was particularly luxurious and well appointed. It was nice to have the bistro attached to the hotel, though it had limited hours during our particular stay.

Everything was perfect about the suite, with TV in both living room and bedroom, and heaters in every room and even in washroom . The only draw back was a bad internet , we were in second floor may be that’s why
