Our room didn't have AC. Instead there were fans on the ceiling. It was enough for me but some of us couldn't sleep because of fan noise.

Nice hotel in the Czech winery area. Good starting point for bike and car trips. Hotel restaurant with tasty food and local wine and beer.

Room was paid, i have spoked with owner that i will arrive later, he assured me that i will take my keys for the room from Keybox but all hotel was closed and i could not enter inside to take my keys, i staied at 01:00 o'clock in the night outside at -5* with no possibility to enter inside!! Photo with proof attached!!! And i didn't received my money back :)))))

I choose this hotel on the road to Balkans. Lately I was here 2 years ago, and in conpre to this, the quality is much lower. The breakfast was worst, this year super cheap and low quality ingredients. Not even mentioning the smell in the breakfast area. The smell of fried Food is also vivid and difficult to stand in the rooms located in the Main building. No ac, so very hot in July. Some sources indicate that reception is open till 11pm, when actually it is 10pm.

Good located, easy to find parking spot. Helpful reception stuff. Dogs allowed everywhere.

Firstly, the staff was completely unprepared and unpolite. The receptionist(a blonde girl) was totally unable to speak any English, as it is specified on the website. Moreover she had a very rude attitude when I have complained about the several issues existing in the room. The waitress basically robbed us: we have paid euros and we have asked for the exchange rate and told us a certain amount, which was totally different when the bill came. Furthermore, she charged us twice for two glasses of wine - which we have paid as mistakes happens. In the end she did not even apologized, but instead started addressing me bad words thinking I don't understand what is she saying. THE MANAGER - which is also the owner of the property simply told me that I can leave if I don't like the room ( without any refund) using a "pussy" formulation in the end as a "goodbye". Secondly, the room was small, very hot, with several holes in the floor, covered with a carpet. It was not properly cleaned as it was dust everywhere and several pieces of hair in the bed. Regarding noises: you can basically hear anyone inside and outside the hotel - when the guests from the room cough, you can hear them. There is an option to lock the room from inside - it does not work as the cards open the room anyway. Last but not least, the facilities: there was no air conditioning, the only source against heat (which was a fan on the ceiling was broken and not working. The tv was not working as well. The main light was not working. The bathroom lights next to the mirror were not working. The minibar was locked with the key, because in order to use the fridge (not the products) you have to pay extra - even though it was specified within the room facilities. Overall, it was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an accomodation and I do not reccomend it to anyone. Trust me, better sleep in the car than at their hotel.

Except the location, which was not that relevant for me and the breakfast which was ok ( mostly containing supermarket products) everything was awful

The hotel was a complete disappointment due to the lack of noise isolation. Drunk neighbors didn't give us a chance to sleep, making it a terrible stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.

Just one recommendation, mosquito nets on windows are missing, could be useful in Spring time.

Perfect location near the highway, especially for people in transit. Very clean and cozy , fair price of accommodation is also a big plus.
