We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustriaWe spent about 15 minutes trying to get the television to work, but then gave up. There were two different controls to work, and it was impossible to figure this out (even though we usually don't have problems with such things).
Excellent value for money, very friendly staff. They even spoke some English and German. Nice little town with absolutely no tourism, in a very nice area of South Bohemia.

United StatesThis was the perfect Netolice hotel for us. The location was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, as was the food at the hotel's restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even went the extra step in helping me search for my Netolice ancestors. I would highly recommend this hotel in the quaint town of Netolice.

Czech RepublicWe stayed on quite a hot night, for a room on the top floor - and we felt like we were in an oven. The room features a fan but even with an open window it was not possible to sleep due to the fact that it was so hot in the room. So a recommendation: in the summer time, make sure you stay on one the lower floors.

SloveniaWhile having our beakfast, they allowed a big dog to come inside. The server was adding more foods to the buffet bar but first he touched the dog. Animals should not be allowed to access the dining room at all or to be near to the foods for humans !!! Bathrooms needs renovation. The smell in the halway is disgusting.
Rooms were quite big, comfortable beds, but little more too old-fashioned.
