Hotel pays parking for guests in parking zone in hotel's neighbourhood, but finding parking place could be the problem.

Room was small, but clean and well equiped. Location of the hotel is good (walking distance to the city center). Staff was very kind. Hotel provides several gifts for guests, including Prag card with discounts for different attractions and restaurants.

Good location close to metro and tram station. Clean and spacious room. Room facing the main road might be a bit noisy, but the ones on the inner courtyard are really quiet.

The beds were a bit too hard for me but that may be a personal preference.

The hotel is adorable and clean, it’s situated with all the popular sights in walking distance. The staff was lovely and helpful. It has a perfect old world feel but it’s still up to date with amenities.

I stayed for four nights and the wifi was slow all the time (under 1 MB connection, or no connection at all).

Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is a must try. Some new food/sweets every day. Parking spots around the hotel, free of charge. I found a spot right in front of the hotel at ~14:00.

It was really warm in the rooms. There were no large and clean towels (but this was due to some issues with the provider at the time of our stay).

Amazing service at the reception. Parking free of charge. Wine and water in the room. Nice goodbye presents. Good breakfast and great drinks at the bar.

Breakfast could be more better.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room itself was spacious, clean. It was wery hot at night, as AC not working properly.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a good location. The reception was extremelly friendly, everyone is helpful and generous. Breakfast was good, there was plenty of everythink.
