There were quite a few items scattered around, possibly due to renovations. The room was simple but decent for the price. There’s no elevator, but the building only goes up to three floors.

The hotel is in an excellent location, especially for travelers like me who use Brno as a stopover between Poland and Italy. A great breakfast is available for all guests, and the restaurant offers delicious dishes at reasonable prices.

I liked everything

I had a technical problem with my car and I couldn’t arrive at the booked date. Although no rebooking was possible the hotel provided me another date when I arrived and had a nice stay. Really good location close to the tram station which takes you in 10 mins to the main square. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff made my short stay really pleasant.

Nothing comes to my mind

Location allows to have a moring run allong the river Svratka, or in the Brno city center, and there is free car parking, that is in principle why I selected this Hotel. Breakfast exceeded my expectations.

it wasn’t as clean there were like a dogs hair on the carpet in the room. But i didn’t mind as much.

A bit dirty around due to the nearby reconstruction, tram stop is not near.

It would be good to have water bottles in the room, it is a bit noisy outside and pillows are not very comfortable. The breakfast was a disappointment , not varied, just a few types of cheese, sausages, eggs and cereal, fruits were not fresh.

We think parking is a challenge, as the construction works of the riverbank is still in progress. A temporary pedestrian crossing would be useful in front of the building, as you have to go across the river to the town center and there's no sidewalk on the bridge here.

This was the third time we choose this budget friendly hotel because of it's location so there was no surprise. The city center is about 30 minutes walk.

The room was a decent size and had everything needed for a short stay. The bathroom was very spacious and well equipped. The staff was very helpful. Location was next to the river and quiet enough to have the window open over night.

It lasts really long until the water gets hot, breakfast choices are very poor.

Location is great, close to the railway station and the winning Arena. Breakfast was OK.

Quite far from the center. Half an hour walk. There is no elevator in the hotel. For many it may be a problem to check in before 21 o'clock, if you are late the hotel is closed.

No AC in the room, it was so hot during the night, we couldn't sleep. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

No air conditioner, not even a fan ☹️. Very noisy street. It was very hot in the room at night, but because of a noise from the street it was impossible to sleep beside an open window.

our room was located with windows to main street. it was very noisy since early morning (trams and cars) and because there was no air-condition, we had to keep windows open and that made early "weak ups".

I would invite to have the option for a bit late breakfast.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice. It was near the centre and the tram station.

Although the room was cleaned everyday and overall esthetically pleasing, there was a mismatch between the decorations shown in the photos and the negligence in preparing the room before my arrival (torn pillow case, lack of decorations on walls and tables, stained table, worn out carpet) as well as in serving in the hotel restaurant (overly-eager personnel, quick to show that they understood the order but actually bringing double quantity of a different kind of wine from the one I wanted to try, which I only found out when asking for the pay check; most disturbingly, the wine glass was full of dust on the outside and the inside was probably washed away by pouring the wine... that is a lack of respect not only for the client, but also for the wine itself, which is supposed to be an emblem of the Moravian region).

The location is very convenient, just beside the city centre and 3 minutes from the tram and bus station, with a stunning view of the sunset and calming river sounds in the background, which will probably be even more amazing once the restoration of the riverside is complete. The personnel was kind enough to store my luggage outside the checkout interval so I could taken advantage of the extra time to visit the surroundings. Breakfast is served at hotel restaurant which also has a wide range of dishes and beverages at prices slightly cheaper compared to central restaurants, which is a bonus when you are too tired to return to the city for dinner after a whole day of exploring.
