We had some problems with check-in. We requested an early check-in at the hostel and they confirmed it. However, upon arrival we were informed that the room was not ready. Also, at the time of check-in we could not rent two towels as there was only one available. So we had to wait till next morning to take another towel.

In general, the hostel is nice for its price. The location is good and has convenient transport connection to the city center. The room was cleaned every day and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The add included a private parking lot but there was no place to park, so I had to choose a public P+R place at some 15 walking minutes away. The bar get closed prior the scheduled time.

Clean place, old stylish furniture but fancy, the people at the desk were friendly and the location quite good. Young crowd coming and going, keeping a good and teen spirit.

Staff were lovely, really accommodating and friendly. Rooms were big, comfy and quiet. In a really good location, tram stations very nearby. Definitely recommend for groups or single travellers

There wasn't very clean on the corridors. There were no paper towels in the bathroom next to our dorm.

The staff was friendly and helpful, thank you so much for being so welcoming! The hostel was still on the quieter side as it was end of Feb, but still we got to enjoy some facilities available for travellers like really good kitchen, coffee bar and use of computers. We saw amazingly looking pub downstairs in the common area, surely when it's open it's a lovely place to hang out! We enjoyed the room, it had a nice vibe with some old furniture, and all basic facilities, like kettle, some chairs, lovely bathroom. It is a bit of a walk from the city centre, so if you're not big on walking, you might need to travel via trams - but it was nice to explore other side of Prague and probably thanks to that we got to sleep without many disturbances as the city centre was packed

There was cold in the room during sleep time...probably due to season change, so heating wasn´t on.

The room was fantastic and the location was excellent too. I loved the design and the furniture used in the room. Was also extremely spacious for 2 people and was very clean and spotless. The bathroom as well - very comfortable stay altogether and great staff interaction - helpful and sweet. I would definitely recommend Sir Toby's to all my friends visiting the city.

Everyone was amazing at the hostel. The room and beds very comfortable and the location excellent. Felt extremely good being there and great value.

I didn't like the quality and renovation of my room, in the photo it was much more attractive than in real life, a chair with peeling paint, a cracked floor and old furniture and a bad faucet for water in the washbasin in the bathroom. there is no outlet in the bathroom to dry your hair, and the outlets in the main room are very old and flimsy, they came with the cord :( they definitely need to be updated so that no one has problems in the future

there is quite a nice and pleasant staff at the reception :) and the hostel is well located

1) The cards to the door was not working, you had to insert it 5-6 times, 2) the toilet door didn’t close properly, you could see someone take a shower clearly, 3)the toilet lid was closing all the time while you were sitting, also bathroom was very small. 4) For this insane high price the hostel was too far from the city center. 5) They charge for everything, the old hair dryer was given on deposit, shampoo is only given once for 4 day-stay, if you want more you have to pay. 6) Elevator was often not working. 7) No slippers provided, room was small. 8)Also, additionally, if you want to eat breakfast there, it is too expensive for the meals they provide(no vegetarian options at all also for hot meal).

If you want to get to know new people, especially if you are a student, it is a nice place to meet people all around the world. You can use the common kitchen place, they give free welcome drink, tea was free.

We were placed in a smoke-filled room, where you can't breathe!!! We refused this room, they promised to return the money for the reservation through Booking... The next day they replied that they aired the room in a few hours!!! and did not return the money!!!

The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that there was only one outlet in our room, so only one person could charge their device at a time.

Staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate our late check-in! The room was very comfortable and perfect for two people, and the shared bathroom was also kept very clean.
