No possibility to make coffee and tea. In the steam bath it is heated from below with strong steam, so you have to lift your legs for a few seconds.

Quiet and relaxed. good place that is close to the center and to the other villas to look at as well as to some viewpoints.

The room where we had our massage wasn't very relaxing. It looked and felt more like at doctors' surgery, no relaxing music or scents and was too bright. Most of the staff didn't speak English.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. The room was cleaned daily, was a good size and had everything we needed.

It depends what you look for, if you are there for treatments, then I cannot advice anything since we did not take anything - seemed a bit overpriced for us. We had high hopes for the spa, which was nothing special after all. Breakfast was basic, nothing special. We did not have the hotel parking, so had to park like 2km away and paid 10€ day for that. Also, cannot order wolt food where the hotel is - carriers cannot enter this area, so had to meet them outside the area to pick up the food. I mean, overall was all good, but I think it was not worth the money and photos were better than the real case was.

Hotel looked nice and was in a quiet area. Room was okay, beds were comfortable and blankets very good. Location was also good,a short walk to old town and all the main places.

Everything was on the highest level of services. Excellent staff ,delicious home cooking,cleanliness everywhere,fresh local food. Very professional and careing medical staff. Doctor,Head nurse,all assistents in spa area,physical therapist is the best I ever had.

The Hotel doesn’t have private parking. The distance between the parking and the hotel was about 1.5km walking distance.

The staff was very nice, they speak English, German and Russian and that was convenient. The room was clean, beautiful and cozy. The wellness center was excellent, all you need. The breakfast was good, but can be better.

The WIFI signal is not that strong, we did not mind but if you need a place with a good signal it is maybe not the best. The sauna's maximum temperature was only 75 degrees and the swimming pool quite cold. It might be because they want to save energies.

The hotel was really nice, small and intimate ! The food was really tasty, the rooms really comfortable and we loved the small Iris club area :) The wellness area was small but nice ! The location really quiet and perfect !

Parking was a challenge but we did get a dedicated spot. Food had good variety for all diets but atmosphere was loud and cafeteria like with radio station playing and lots of dashing about by staff. Map of city not good. Staff did not speak English well and my second language, German was also not much better.

What we didn't like was the breakfast - it was very mediocre: the scrambled eggs were cold, hardly any fruits available, etc. With a little bit of effort, this could get drastically improved.

The hotel is located in a quiet street, a few minutes above the central walking area. We had a parking spot right in front of the hotel and the receptionist was friendly. The room, although quite old school, was comfortable and clean, with a big double bed. We unfortunately didn't have time to try out the spa area.

The night staff wasn't too preoccupied in finding solutions to our queries (from getting ice to answering questions). The room although comfortable had issues with one of the reading lamps which was not fixed by the staff.

Excellent customer service from the Staff during the day, the night front of house though was clueless (we think it had to do with him being so young). Location-wise the hotel is great and the room had an amazing view.
