Limited opening time for pool. Staff at the breakfast cleans the empty dishes too fast :D. Sometimes causing awkward situation.

Slow reception at check in , need more staff on, rooms superficially cleaned quite dusty and dirty behind furniture tops of cupboards, doors etc , car park setup didn’t make much sense

Information about buses on the website. It was difficult to know which buses to take and google maps doesn't help. I used the official karlovy vary transportation website but still was difficult. I would say just add a section on which stops/buses to use to get there for visitors. From an accessibility standpoint, it's a hilly area with no wheelchair accessible curbs on the sidewalks. This is just to give accessibility information as a disabled traveler for other disabled people - the ramped road up to the hotel is hilly and uneven stones/pavement. To access the hotel, again no curbs that I remember and definitely not wheelchair accessible elevator. I use a cane and found it easy to navigate the hotel.

The hotel is very historical and is around some gorgeous nature. The spa service I used, a hot stone massage, was amazing. They have such a range of options. I'd say it's a hotel more for older people but as a younger person I enjoyed it. The free breakfast was very nice. In general, the staff knows German, English, Czech and Russian.

On the last day I was woken up by a group of children running through the hall. The steam bath is rather small and wouldn't mind a renovation ;)

The breakfast was simply amazing, they have everything. I also enjoyed the Kneipp therapy :) The hotel has 3 buildings but all are connected with passages and can be reached without going out. I was in the green house and they even had a book corner to relax and an access to local mineral water.

Bit of a modern look would be nice. Looks pretty 90s and still has that old eastern European flair. When we have been there, there was a noisy group singing and drinking till after midnight.

All in house. Breakfast was plentiful, so you could find some thing for sure. Spa was never too crowded. Karlovy Vary old town in walking distance (10 min) and some local restaurants nearby. Supermarket 10 min walking. Good for parking.

The only improvement could be to put blinds or heavier curtains in the bedrooms. All everything was top notch.

Excellent host, simple and quick communication. Location is the best in Prague. Parking next to the flat. BIG flat with all the amenities that you need. Bonus is to have an electric towel drier in one of the bathrooms. Full and BIG kitchen & dining area ideal for extended families.

This is a pretty old soviet-style building with such interior. If you're ok with that, no problem. Hotel located between the hills, so if you want to have a walk to the city, be prepared for upside and down experience. Or wait for a bus.

The bartender/waiter in the bar was a bit rude. He seemed annoyed we only ordered a water. Unfortunately we couldn’t drink due to medication or else we would! However, felt a bit unwelcome for only ordering a water. When we checked out, we turned in both our room keys. They specifically charged us for parking at check out, but they never told us we needed our key to exit the parking lot. This was only frustrating because they had us park at the far away parking lot downhill, so we had to call and wait for someone to come to the lot to let us out. They simply should have said to keep one key and drop it in the drop box when exiting. It must have slipped their mind. Minor inconvenience overall, still would stay there again

The hotel was a bigger property and having the spa was nice after a long cold day. Breakfast and dinner was good. Overall a good stay and decent value. The wait staff in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner were really great. Good customer service! Oh and there was a band that played in the hotel bar that was entertaining and unexpected.

some staffs are very helpful. but we also met some that seems rude or probably coz they don’t speak English or German. 🤷🏼‍♂️i expected for a 4star(doesn’t seems 4star btw) hotel to hired at people who can communicate for foreign guests but sad to say nope. there was a specific lady in the pool area that was very rude, she thought that we were under 14yrs old and keep pointing out about the rules written in the papers the its over for us to go swim coz its already 7pm (children under 14y/o should accompanied by parents till 7pm only) . of course we took that as compliment but still it’s frustrating, if she gonna rant and try to tell us the rules then speak German or English. housekeeping seems nice and the people in front desk
