HungaryFalse fire alarm this time, which lasted more than an hour until 23:20 at night. Everything was super unorganized, there was only one poor lady at the reception who was under very high pressure as she had to stand in front of all guests. Only info was that it is a false alarm, but no info about why is not stopped. My poor rating for staff is not for the lady who was present at the reception, but to the management who did nothing for a very long time. Hotel did not come to offer any compensation next day. At checkout they smiled and asked "Was everything ok?". I would have expected something else.
I stayed multiple times in this hotel, in general it is good.

United KingdomTotal lack of response on the part of the hotel. I emailed them prior to arriving there cause I wanted to book directly at a corporate rate. No response whatsoever. The charged me two city tax fees per night - I sent another email about it, no reply at all. It's not the amount that's relevant, it's the lack of response. Especially as I had them issue a new invoice upon check-in because the original one listed two persons staying (our company's accountants are very specific about it). Also, I refuse to stay at hotels where you have to pay for the entire stay at check-in, and then they charge your credit card with a large amount of money for potential extras. Not a terribly flattering attitude towards clients.
The hotel was close to the venue of my meeting. There is a metro station nearby. Not far from the city center. The room was big.

Room very cute/contemporary and very clean. Too far from city centre- our fault for not clarifying the location. Ladies on reception ok but the best thing about our stay was the genuine/friendly man who helped with our bags, ordering a taxi into city centre and helping me get a coffee before we left. He was delightful and made a couple of New Zealanders feel welcome!

NetherlandsNearly 200 € for saturda to sunday night, yes including breakfast, is a quite high price. But it looks all Prague hotels have kind of made a pact to increase prices drastically. Parking outside, at street, should be free or less expensive than in garage. Better indications where to find the hotel entrance for those coming from the side street behind the hotel

MoldovaThe air conditioner in the room was working non-stop, the set-up display did not work and if was quite chilly in the room. It was late in the night when this really started to disturb my children. I called the reception and was told that if I open the window, it should stop. It did. after closing the window it went on again. We stayed for one night only, so I let it be. But if we were to stay longer, I would deal with it. The staff were nice, I just did not want a technician coming to our room in the middle of the night.
The hotel is like brand new, I really loved the interiors, the smell at the lobby is so lovely! Breakfast was great, too.
